Clean room, outdated motel rooms with cheap upgrades, daylight coming in under door. Wasnt impressed for the amount of money charged per night. Could have stayed at Motel 8 for cheaper and equal quality room if not better. Bar and restaurant were great though!

The view from our room was great. The room "appeared" clean but it was not. Housekeeping had obviously remade the beds but never changed the sheets. When I called to front desk- which you cannot do, as it goes to an operator who then just sends a message to 1 of the 3 hotels for which the are answering for. The person came up with sheets for us to change our own bed, wasnt really interested or bothered by the fact of the stains and just peeked in and left. Also they weren't the right sheets, so I had to go through the entire process again.

Our stay at Natura Vue Resort was a good one overall. We stayed in a double Queen room with a riverside patio. I found the room basic but clean. We don't always want daily housekeeping so I didn't ask for it and it wasn't offered. We were told to bring towels to the front desk if we wanted to swap them for fresh ones. The lobby is very small and clean with nothing much to it, not a place to sit or hang out. We didn't use the pool but we took a look at the indoor pool and suana area. Looked small but cozy and comfortable. We ate at the onsite restaurant once and found the service and food to be very good. The WiFi is free in that they don't charge for it but also pretty much nonexistent. We couldn't connect for more than 5 - 10 minutes except at around 5am or 6am when I was able to connect for almost an hour. When we asked about this we were told that it sometimes acts this way when too many people try to connect. They suggested we try again a little later which we did with the same result. We only interacted with seasonal staff and found them all to be friendly and ready to be helpful. By far the best thing about our stay was the location. A relatively short stroll along the Riverwalk brings you to the main downtown area and the top of the stairs where boat tours leave. A big bonus to staying here are the free tickets to the wildlife park and daily access to their nature waterpark. We might consider staying again when in the area.

Location was perfect! It was right next to the River Walk that leads to downtown Dells. We walked the River Walk to downtown and didn't have to worry about parking in downtown. Everywhere we visited was only about a 5-7min drive from the hotel. It was very clean, nice furniture, had very nice views, and the indoor pool, tub, and sauna were super nice! Beds were comfortable, nice big tv.; mini fridge and microwave were great. Onsite parking was free and they had additional parking accross the street. Super safe to walk at night. Cleaning staff were super nice and attentive!! Thank you, Ninel for your help; you were super kind and sweet! Absolutely loved Land of Natura water park. Just for that alone, it is worth staying here because you can go as many times as you want, which is included in your stay and they also cover all parking fees at their water parks. They are super strict with check-in/check out. We got there around 2p, and didnt accommodate us, but at least gave us extra 30mins to check-out. Our room did not have a hotel phone, so I had to google the front desk's phone number each time I had a question. The room feels very crowded with big, thick furniture items. It felt way too small. They could do a better job with positioning the furniture or picking furniture that's not too big in order to open up the room for more walking space. The front desk staff were very robotic-like... not rude, but not warm or welcoming either. They did not provide guidance about where to find WisDells tour deals.
