This is me and my fiancé’s favorite place to stay! It’s hidden away from the downtown strip, with it being just a short walk from the strip. And it has a lot to do that is included in your stay for FREE! This is our second time here and absolutely enjoy it! They are very family friendly, it has an extraordinary view of the lake! 10000/10!

Beautiful river view from the 4th floor. Lobby and restaurant staff were top notch. Food quality was great. Would have loved to have used to the facilities at the other Natura properties in The Dells, but we couldn’t find the time.

Clean room and halls. Efficient check-in.

Room was clean but poor lighting in bathroom and did not have usb/c ports to charge phone…. Hotel needs updating.

Location was good. Room was clean and cool during a 90 plus heatwave. Nothing really stood out

Location, cleanliness I am in process of asking for a breakdown of what they paid me charged me t0p more than booking.c said and had no explanation for it

Nice location, beautiful river view and access to Lake Delton though Aloha Beach. Comfortable bed. The room was somewhat noisy and can hear other tenants moving around. The air condition was noisy when it turned on and the air was blowing in my face and head when it was on. I decided to turn the temp up so it would not turn on so much and live in a warmer room while sleeping.

Pool across the street was small, but nice and quiet. Bathrooms in the rooms are ridiculously small! Basically enough room to stand in them (the sink is outside the bathroom). Soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for breakfast first morning. Second morning we knew to not even bother to try to get any. Getting coffee and Starbucks inside restaurant was also impossible on Saturday morning as workers were there and acknowledged us, but never came to wait on us so we left without coffee. Staff working bar on Saturday night did not know how to charge us for our drinks, nor did they know how to give us change. Although, they were quite pleasant. Location is very nice and I would have to say the beds were also comfortable. Price is extremely high for the service and room size.

Lake view and access to land of natura park was good. This is an older property with a cramped, poorly maintained bathroom. The bathroom door didn't close right, and there was no shower curtain until we asked for one—and even then, it was hung carelessly. To make matters worse, the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were disfunctional, the sink lacked a stopper, and the uncleaned balcony had pest droppings on it.

I like the room because it faces the river and you can view the sunset. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch up the sunset coz we arrived to our room a little late however there was this beautiful colors of orange, yellow, and red in the sky without the sun that we were able to get a glimpse of just a few minutes after the sunset and it was beautiful. However there was this confusion when we check in because the front desk told me that my reservation was only for 3 when in fact I made a 5 people reservation which is 2 adults and 3 kids. I told her that cannot be because I have 3 kids and why will I reserved for only 1 kid and 2 adults for 3 queen beds and a private room when in fact I have 3 kids plus me and my husband so they let me pay extra for 25.00 plus tax for my 480 + reservation for overnight stay. That time I left my phone in the car so I wasn't able to check my confirmed reservation on my phone so I could show to the front desk. So they say that always happen on booking.com. So I didn't bother. That night I was able to check my reservation on my phone and its really for 2 adults and 3 kids.

The hotel was clean but very outdated. Staff was ok but not entirely nice or knowledgeable. They need more training. The staff seemed bothered to have guests. If you dont like your job, leave.

Really enjoyed balcony and view!

On a GOOD note their are a lot of perks that come with staying at the property maybe I need to stay at a different part next time and book in advance
-
Best thing is that it's close to downtown.

Registering was all new process but it went ok. Boat House brunch took over and hour to go thru. Only 4 customers in restaurant.

Honestly not much. It was a fair price for what it was. Our room was located in the building across the street so not convenient for swimming, the bar etc. Air conditioning didn’t work well. After a rather lengthy check in process it took a second trip back to the main hotel and a 30 minute wait for someone to let us into our room because our electronic keys wouldn’t work. Turns out the problem was they gave us the wrong room number. After we checked out granddaughter realized she had left a necklace so we called the hotel about an hour after leaving and they told us they hadn’t found anything and there were already new people in the room (it was 8:30 in the morning). Went back to check with them a couple hours later and they said same thing, other people already in the room and nothing found. Decided to at least go look in the parking lot and saw the cleaning person so we asked him and he said he hadn’t even cleaned the room yet and was nice enough to let us in. The necklace was laying right there. Huge shout out to the cleaning guy but shame on the front desk who felt it was easier to lie rather than making an attempt to help.
