Beautiful view from our room! Clean and comfortable beds. Great bar in the lobby. Excellent location in the Dells. there are a lot of perks staying here, so ask the de3sk for help!

The property is ideally situated in the heart of downtown, making it very accessible on foot from the hotel. The cleanliness is below standards, with mold present on the AC. The interior appears aged. The staff are unhelpful. The elevator is small and cramped.

The room was very clean, and had lots of room. I would have liked the tub and shower to have better water pressure. All in all it was a great place to stay and was close to bars,gas station,and grocery store plus all the shops on the main street.

I loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. I also really enjoyed the wildlife park pass that was included in the room fee. I was not happy that our room was on the second floor with no elevator and it was across the street from where I thought we were staying so we never did make it down to the pool across the street. My fault I guess for not wanting to walk across the street in my swimming suit!

The proximity to downtown and the river. Price was great. Loose sink fixture. Missing TV remote. Quiet time after 10:30 was not enforced at all. Party going on in the parking lot and through the halls at 2:30 am.

The location was great! The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The only thing I didn’t like about the property is it’s very dated.

We stayed in the main building. Lobby and restaurant are cute and look fairly recently remodeled. Carpeting throughout the hotel really needs to be replaced. Rooms could definitely use some updating but they were clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The hot tub was a bit larger than others. Pool was really cold, hot tub was really hot. Side doors leading to the outside did not close properly so many people would leave them open. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious for our stay. The property sits on a beautiful river with wonderful views. The restaurant is also very beautiful and the food was great!

The room was not very clean, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The beds were fine and the bedding was fine.

We opted for the lake view and were glad we did. It was beautiful. All of the staff we interacted with was helpful and cheerful. We did not use the restaurant this time but have eaten there before and have been happy with it. The only downside was that we were required to wear a wristband the entire time even though we would not be using the pool area. The wristband is used in place of a key card for the room door. Neither one of us cared for that at all. It was uncomfortable to sleep in even though we kept it as loose as possible.
