Cabin feel, pools, The location was the furthest hotel from the activities. Their "discounted packages " was really more expensive than if you bought it on Groupon. No housekeeping. Pools and activities close early. The balcony room was really the downgraded room.

The camp fire Basically everything. I booked a room with tons of space for family and I. What we got was far from that. The photos they advertise DO NOT match what you get. When I confronted front desk they said “ya those photos aren’t accurate and you will not get deposit back if you try to cancel” The staff was extremely rude. I forgot my room key after hours and was locked out- thankfully I was with family that could let me in because they have NO STAFF after like 9. It’s insane. No one there to help and they don’t answer the phone when you call. Awful all around. No hand soap in rooms- towels use sparing because they will not provide new. Beds had stains all over the sheets. Asked for new but they ignored request. Garbage is in the stairwell and they have guests clean room or they will charge. I will never stay here again. Ever. 1 night was close to $400!!! And this isn’t even all the issues I had. I recommend staying at the super 8 over this. YUCK!

This place is perfect to take your family. Many amenities that keep kids of all ages busy. Pools, games to borrow, plenty of room to wander! The pools are nice but wish you had a full size pool indoors. We would come during the colder months more.

We only stayed long enough to attempt to get a refund. Property was not as advertised and was uninhabitable. Severe mildew triggered my son's asthma, requiring his rescue inhaler twice. Floors were filthy. We reported it, received no reasonable resolution, and had to pay for alternate lodging.

Even thought is small resort we love it. Its not crowded and it felt like being in the woods. I have no complains so far.

I loved the nature view and the pools available for kids The only thing that I disliked was the night staff. The morning staff greeted me, were cheerful and very polite I had to have my key card reactivated twice and went to the night staff, they never greeted me and seemed bothered.

The beds were comfortable. Showers had hot water which was great. We didn't use the pools. The grounds did look great. Access to town and activities was great. Being woodsy definitely made it feel like you were not in some busy town Should have recycle bins. It is better for the environment you talk about. We didn't like the incline to the cabin. Old sore knees.
