Great value for the area. Nice clean rooms. Enjoyed that they were quiet on the edge of the main strip

It was terrible there was bugs and dirty walls doors didn’t lock and breakfast was the same every day

I had a different hotel room booked and they cancelled my reservation, luckily I found this hotel nearby and their staff was very helpful in getting me a new reservation quickly! Would recommend!

Clean and well maintained

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was not the greatest. The breakfast was something to be desired, fake eggs and greasy sausage. I would not stay at this motel again.

Breakfast room was a bit dirty, some mold in bathroom. Rooms were very humid and should have a dehumidifier. Pool and hot tub were nice

Nice stay. Newly renovated.

We arrived to our room. Felt kind of humid. Took a shower that night and black mold spurted all out onto the floor when I rolled the glass door shut. I immediately called and asked for a new room. Their first question was “can you just switch tomorrow?” I said “tomorrow is our last full day.” We pack our things up and get our new room. We originally were in a 1 king suite and when we opened the door, we were put in a 2 queen room. We had to haul everything back downstairs and request a NEW room once again. We were moved 1 room down, and the floorboards were still covered in black mold around the shower. We accepted all rooms had that issue and returned back later that night. Our new room had a connecting door where you could hear every conversation the neighbors were having, and their TV was blaring. Guess this is a get what you pay for situation here. Hot tub and pool seemed clean. After the first night room service bugged us about 3 times that morning.

we had two rooms , one had black mold in the shower , the other had yellow stuff coming out under neath the toilet

Beds and pillows were comfy. The tv was unplugged .

Nice room, nice breakfast, nice location, nice pool, scary bad pool bathroom.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a strong odor ( not sure what it was) in the room. We sprayed Febreze all three nights we were there. It helped a little bit each time. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay for the money.

Very nice, even though at first I thought I was in the middle of no where!

Clean room and staff

The rooms were not clean we found somebody’s hair in the bathroom, and there were some spots on the pillows. The carpet in the corridor smells awful.

Free breakfast was minimal. Coffee was decent. Common areas were minimal. It’s definitely best suited for a place to sleep only. Staff was rude. They were more attentive to what ever they were watching or talking to on thier personal phone then answering questions or helping when standing at front desk. Not one smile from either person working during our stay. I suppose you get what you pay for with this being one of the lower cost accommodations in the Dells.

In pool area needs a good cleaning but it was at the end of the day so that might have been why it was so bad. Water pressure in showers is light.

Room was clean and ready at check-in. Staff was friendly. Will stay again.

The breakfast was on par with other places. They had breads and a muffin as well as plane bagels. Make your own waffle station and fruit and yogurt. They also had a variety of beverages. There is a small pool. We didn’t use it during our stay, but it appeared clean and in good order. There was a funny smell, but there were some rooms being renovated.
