Not recommended at all; we had a leak all night from the floor above—it flooded, and they did nothing. The staff is not friendly; I do not recommend this hotel at all.

No water was provided, we had to buy from the vending machine. Shower was dirty.

Good things ... there is a decent variety of food options for breakfast. There is an outdoor table where you can picnic or grill food. This is an okay stay if you pay less than $80 a night. I felt like it was overpriced for me at $110 a night for double beds. The curtains block light well and you can adjust your room's air conditioner unit.

We arrived to find a blocked toilet/drain in our room. Brought it to their attention and were told that the maintenance person would look at it the next day. After nothing was done the next day, we checked out early. So disappointing!

The bathroom should have been much cleaner as it lacked detailed cleaning. The cleaning crew needs better training in the details such as cleaning grout. We were excited to see our shower was a walk-in, but when my husband took a shower the water flowed across the floor as there was no threshold to hold the water inside the stall. We had to use all of our towels to try to soak up the water. The floor was obviously slippery and we were afraid that one of us might fall.

It was a perfect location right next to the Crystal Grand Venue, it was in walking distance to the concert we went to see. Would stay again

Heard another guest at the front desk inform them of the bathroom door with water damage at the top and bottom. Not even sure how that happens. If you have any breathing issues/allergies, I do not recommend this place until they take steps to correct the problems.

We stayed one night to attend a concert, which is right next to this hotel. Hotel is very clean well staffed we enjoyed our stay.
