Very good

It was quiet , clean comfortable. Heater was also quiet. Staff was not present much. Staff was not very friendly.Breakfast time there was no coffee. No one was attending the breakfast bar. We had a hard time working the TV.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast had all that was needed

The breakfast was pretty good. You had a choice of a hot or cold breakfast. I liked the selection that was given. The only thing I didn't like was that the milk was not very cold.

Front desk staff was not friendly. The breakfast was below average. The room had a few bugs we had to kill. Room was clean so that’s good.

We stayed there because we had tickets to a concert at the Crystal grand Theatre next-door. It was perfect walking distance

Room was not clean at all. Shower was moldy and lacked water pressure. It was chilly outside and had to sleep in clothes due to lack of heat and no heavy blanket

I was mislead by all of the good reviews. I have stayed in less expensive hotels that were cleaner than this one. The hotel had dead bugs in the entrance way. Upon entering there is an overwheming smell of chlorine. It is an older building. I did not feel clean when I left. The breakfast area was also not clean. I do not expect very much when the rate is around 100 dollars a night but I do expect it to be clean.

Good price for the location and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable. A few simple improvements would have made me provide a higher score. There was no shower liner, no shampoo, no soap by the sink and no extra roll of toilet paper. There should always be plenty of these hygiene products available in the room. The screen on the window was broken and falling off so we couldn't open the window. Also, the hot tub was filthy and needs to be cleaned out immediately! Dead skin cells have accumulated so bad in it and it needs to be drained and scrubbed out asap.

The property is uninviting from the outside. The rooms have been remodeled per staff but a lot of fine details were missed. Over flowing garbage cans outside. The 2nd floor hallway was very dark. The entire hotel reeks of Indian food. 3 inch cracks at the bottom of the room doors. We shoved a 2 bath towels under ours. Dirty glass shower doors. Drapes old and falling off the rod. The elevator had smears and splashes of liquid all over the metal door and panel. The headboard had hand prints all over it. There was no shower soap. The breakfast was inedible except for the yogurt and fruit. We would have gotten our money back but paid through Expedia so it's never that simple. The hotel has potential and the room did look freshened up a bit but attention to detail goes a long way.

Breakfast was the usual. Staff were friendly. Free parking is always a plus!

The bathroom needs attention as the shower needs caulk and mold in crevasses needs to be treated. The rest of the room was clean.
