It was good. The toilet in our bathroom made a weird noise when standing up from it.

The breakfast was amazing! Tons of choices. Large seating area, well stocked and clean. Staff was also very nice. Overall dirty. When we checked into our first room it was not cleaned at all. Beds unmade garage in room. No apologies by staff. Another couple we met had to change their room twice for various reasons like one room smelled like sewage, another room the air conditioner wasn’t working. The hallways were very filthy/ heavily soiled. Our tub was holding standing water….gross! The soap container in the shower was broke. There was also hair in the bathroom another gross thing. Large bugs were crawling on the building and were getting into the vents and we had to kill a few of those and multiple mouse traps were around the building as well as in the entrance . This hotel is not managed well and needs a major overhaul.

Clean room and easy check in. Breakfast was good. Would recommend.

The juice machine was out of service, and there were very few hot food options available. At the waffle station, the syrup bottle was empty, there were no other toppings available, and the spray for the waffle machine was also empty. Around 7:00 a.m., the oatmeal was cold. We asked if it could be remade, but the second batch was not fully cooked and was very watery. I also felt that the front desk staff did not take my concerns seriously when I brought these issues to their attention. Unfortunately, the room had additional issues. The beds did not have proper sheets—there appeared to be only the mattress and the blanket that normally goes over the sheets. The remote controls also did not work. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering that breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. In the future, I would rather stay at a Hilton. In my experience, Hilton does a much better job with their complimentary breakfast, including fresh fruit, juice, and a much better waffle station with toppings such as whipped cream and sprinkles. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

My daughters and their cousins had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable and they were on the top floor located at the end of the hallway so it was very quiet. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The check in was a breeze and the free breakfast was excellent! Our family would stay here again.

Close to the main water park in the dells, also near concert venue.

We did not receive the king bed room that we booked had to settle for 2 queen beds. Because they said they overbooked. At the continental breakfast I had a carton of milk that was curdled and spoiled. I gave it to the attendant who grabbed it and took it to the back room. Never came back. I reported it to the front desk attendant, who just shurugged.. There was a lot of milk in that frig, was it all bad? I did not try anymore of it.
