I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. I had just driven 8 hours to the location and was very fatigued and tired and sat down on the bed that was un-level, hard, and slanting downwards from the foot of the bed to the head of the bed. I had ordered a cheeseburger and fries from the bar and sat in a chair to eat and the hamburger patty was microwaved—not fried or grilled, cooked in a microwave—as were the crinkle fries. I threw the food away and left for another hotel. At the front desk I asked for a full refund and was assured I would receive one but would have to call Expedia first. At the new hotel I called Expedia for the refund and was given only a small portion back. I will never book Hilton again nor will I ever use Expedia again.

This hotel is terrible in accommodating a disable guest I have requested a disability accessible room for my husband prior our stay and the room they gave us is very small. Safety issues they gave our room key to another person and somebody enter our room. That's very scary! They let us check in the room without getting all the soiled towel and trash in front of our door from prior guest.

We just stayed one night. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked and smelled delicious, but we couldn't stay for it. We would return. Everything was wonderful!

We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service

Had the jet tub room which was very nice. The only thing is breakfast wasn't self service, and no buffet or all you can eat, which was disappointing for a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast was one time served like a restaurant style, if you paid for it

General cleanliness of the bathroom was good. My wife did find some hair in the shower that was missed. We had a suite and the living room was nice with a desk, sofa, chairs and a TV. Would have been nice to have an end table or two to set drinks on. They have three hot tubs on the property with two outside. One of the two looked clean the other was discolored and looked like it needed a good cleaning. They have a dining room where you can get the usual waffle, eggs, etc. on par with other chains that offer this service as part of your stay. There was an option to add breakfast for $14/day when making the reservation but I didn't think much of it at the time. Seems like for a Hilton property this would be included so like many things these days I am assuming it is a way to control costs so just be aware.
