Our room was fine, however we asked for a room with a balcony. The balcony was kind of nasty. There were a lot of bugs all over the balcony. I understand bugs can be a nuisance at certain times, but we couldn’t even go onto the deck. The balcony was dirty, and the screen was broken. I did tell the front desk and they had someone come and spray, and they fixed the screen but nothing was swept up. There was too much dirt, leaves, pine needles and bugs to enjoy sitting outside. We were compensated with a breakfast pass. Perhaps once or twice a week the housekeepers should tend to the balconies. There was also a missing picture in the room above the bed.

It was nice and clean, I thought breakfast was included, but it was breakfast for purchase. I was also under the impression that dogs were included in the price of the room, but I was charged an extra $50 for our small dog.

It was clean and a comfy place to stay I paid extra for a balcony but got a patio which was not what I was expecting and we didn’t use the space due to being uncomfortable
