Location, pet friendly, friendly staff at the front desk The bathroom could have been cleaned better. We found a hair on the toilet seat when we arrived as well as hair in the shower. There was no hand soap at the sink when we arrived, so we requested some, hotel staff said they don’t have hand soap just face soap. Seems odd there wouldn’t be hand soap at a bathroom sink.

Comfortable beds, clean and updated rooms as well as lovely ambience in the main lobby. Unfortunately, the hot tubs were not working well.

This is a well maintained property and the staff is awesome. It is nice and quiet, and it's close to everything.

This room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the hot tubs and pool area. Restaurant and bar were very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The hot tubs were green. Staff didn’t give us all our towels as promised. Been there many times.. seems like it is going down… Didn’t tell us about discount at the Del Bar.

Comfortable and relaxing. The bar service was excellent. The bar and kitchen closes to early to be in a resort location.

Absolutely love this property. Great location, spacious room with a balcony, and exceptional, friendly staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to the bartender. We will be back! The stopper in our bathroom sink was stuck, but staff responded quickly to fix the problem. Nothing that we dislike about this hotel stay.

Wonderful staff and accommodations! They and the Expedia staff helped me to adjust the times of my stay and it is truly appreciated. Great location and very comfortable beds!

Great location next to Del Bar. Nice staff, bar area, room layout. Had a couple room issues that I mentioned upon check out and manager was more than apologetic and even took a percentage off my bill without me asking. That type of response will get me to return if I am in the area again.

Nice hotel and polite staff

The property was super clean and well maintained. Despite there being a global outage that hindered checkin, we were met with some of the BEST staff. They maintained their professionalism and manually checked a full lobby of guests in the old fashioned way, without a computer! Then to top it off had to walk each guest to their room to open the door. The system came up that evening and we were given our room keys after dinner. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Room was really nice and bed was beyond comfortable! The only thing that would have been perfect if they offered free breakfast of some sort. The over $500 we paid for two nights would have made it perfect! They did offer breakfast service but $11 for two eggs was crazy! Nonetheless, it is available if you are hungry! We didn’t use pool/hot tub but that looked really nice. Workout room was a great start to the day and super clean. Overall, had a great stay and would stay here again. A+++++ Staff!
