Everything was great for us. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of choices and the rooms were super clean and very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very nice.

Relatively clean room. Spacious. Blind wouldn't retract so we had to bungee cord it up to let light in. Breakfast was very good. Fridge in room was useless as it didn't keep anything cool. Sign on the guest laundry states that quarters can be exchanged for at the front desk but the front desk didn't have any quarters.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, housekeeping doesn’t come in daily and the WiFi connection was terrible, otherwise a great location and nice place to stay

The room was decent. The indoor pool was a nice feature. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager (older woman) was so sweet and talked to people in the breakfast dining area making sure everything was good. I would definitely stay there again, It was just myself and my 10 year old granddaughter,.

Found bed bug in our room. Manager said he would give me full refund but went back on his word. I’m very upset and disappointed. Will NEVER stay here ever again.

We checked in on 27th July. Room was good. We checked out on 30th afternoon. For 3 nights room was NOT serviced for once. On 29th I found they took the trash away and changed couple of towels but bed was not made and wet towel from bathroom floor was not taken. Floor was wet for rest of my stay. I will not stay here again.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and ended up coming to check in and the staff at the moment telling me that they ended up putting us in a king bed room because they didn’t have enough clean room and had to accommodate other guests and ended up declining for partial refund to Expedia agent that was helping me out. Never coming here again!!

We enjoyed our room on the 4 th floor but when we arrived early the older woman behind the front desk was not pleasant at all, then I asked where the restroom was she pointed Left and Left.. We left and came back later the guy said each floor had an ice machine but 4th floor and 3rd floor were out of order!!

The pool was filthy, food or something else all over a treadmill

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. They do not automatically clean/refresh your room - you have to request service. The first morning, I requested fresh towels, and for our trash to be removed from the room. I could tell the lady staffing the front desk was very judgmental and disapproving about my request for clean towels, but she did provide them. The second morning, she actually told me that I should hang them up and re use them instead of requesting clean ones, but she did provide them again. The third morning, she avoided looking at me, said "OK" to my request without making eye contact, then did not provide any fresh towels. I did return to the front desk later when a different attendant was working (this was now evening time, after we had been out for the day), and he provided fresh towels. I should also add that, even after my request for the trash to be taken out, it was actually only taken out one time in the four days we were there. Also, the hallways had a bit of a funky smell - probably because of the trash and dirty towels in the rooms. Lol. I mean, our bill was $815.28 for the four night we stayed - I don't think that requesting clean towels and our trash to be removed was too much to ask. Otherwise, the stay was OK. But be prepared that any request for fresh towels will have to pass through a judgmental front desk attendant.

The hotel was far enough away from the noise from the water resorts. Kid friendly, but kids are not their target guests.

Breakfast was probably the worst continental breakfast I've had. Daily scrambled eggs were super watery and so was the sausage patties. Only thing good was the waffles

Positives were the beds were nice and the shower was very nice.
