Room and breakfast Front desk very unhelpful at check in, probably won't stay here again

The only negative I have was, the refrigerator wasn't very cold

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The housekeeping of the room. We were given towels two times for seven days. We did not have them make the bed. They did empty the trash both times.

The staff, room and cleanliness was great that is why I gave 5 stars. The breakfast was not the best, we ate breakfast out. But we did not book the room because they offered breakfast so I didn’t take stars off for that.

It’s a gem! We do the Dells every summer and stay here because it’s clean, nice amenities, free breakfast and away from the masses

Everything was nice

They didn’t honor our reservation and person that was there that day was very rude. Almost like he discriminated us. Wouldn’t help us out at all.

Clean, modern, and friendly staff. Our suite was wonderful - the king bed was very comfortable, the black-out blinds on the windows were really nice, and the bathroom felt like a spa. The sofa and desk were nice for relaxing and also for playing games in the evening. The small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in room was convenient also. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety including waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, and biscuits and gravy. There is a pool and exercise room, but no hot tub. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient as well - right in the heart of Wisconsin Dells. I would highly recommend.

Clean room! Location was perfect! The pool is open until 11pm which made it great to enjoy after a long day.

Room was big and comfortable

Good location close to attractions, good breakfast selection. Nice front desk staff all week. no airflow or ventilation on the 4th floor. The bathroom was extremely damp and warm, with black speckles all over the ceiling. This should be checked for BLACK MOLD, our family got congested only while staying in this room for a portion of our trip. The room setup was fine, but again with no airflow, it was extremely uncomfortable when someone in our family had to use the bathroom, the whole room stank.

One minor inconvenience - the shower knob did not have a handle. Maintenance fixed it so we could use it - but handle was not replaced.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were amazing; large beautiful and immaculate. Highly recommend staying here.

Bathroom faucet on crooked. Not enough towels- had to ask for more.

The room was clean and lovely. There was plenty of room and beds were comfy. The pool was dirty and had band aids laying around, the water was cloudy.

It was ok for a one night stay. Full of families which is to be expected but the noise from other rooms above were not adhering too the quiet hours after calls to the desk so it was a very restless night

Good location Room not clean, absolutely. I attach some photos. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, also sofà and cobwebs in the restroom

The breakfast was as good as other hotels and there was some cans left in the room when we checked in

Everything was great for us. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of choices and the rooms were super clean and very spacious.
