Room was spacious but I saw a clipped toenail on the side of the bed…. Really disappointed.

Breakfast was simple, but good. The waffle area was always busy. Pool area needs an update. Terry was the front desk person. She is not a people or welcoming person. Seems always cranky so that disrupts the experience. During reservation I opted to be charged at check-in. However, I was charged 3 hours before check-in. So we when to check-in early and she said that there were no rooms available yet. The manager said they had and that he wasn’t sure why Terry said that. Don’t let Terry ruin your vacation. If you stay in this hotel and you see her, tell her I said hi.

Easy quick check in. The whole place had a very clean smell to it. The room was nice and comfy, beds were great. Breakfast was packed full so seemed to be decent. Id stay here again

We had to ask for towels…none were in our room. We also had to ask for soap & a bag for the ice bucket as they also weren’t in our room. We needed someone to fix the tv because it wasn’t working and the fitted sheets kept coming off in the middle of the night.

The location of the property was perfect. We were in the area to visit Mt. Olympus and it is conveniently located to all attractions on the little strip. We booked 2 rooms they were clean with the exception of there being hair in the bathrooms. Given the flow of people that come through there the property is pretty well maintained. It was pretty hot and humid out but the property was an instant relief when you walk in the doors. The staff that we interacted with were very nice. We did not take full advantage of the breakfast due to how busy it was. But it was available and ready if you have the time and patience to wait. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would stay again if we return to the area.

We had a clogged sink that wouldn't drain the first time we used it. 3 out of 4 bed lights didn't work. Empty conditioner and nearly empty shampoo on the first night.

The price was great and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast in the lobby was great and appreciated! The location was perfect for what we were doing. The vent in the room was exceptionally loud and blew freezing cold air on whoever was closest to the unit. Any skin exposed was uncomfortable during the night.

Loved it!! Super clean and convenient in the middle of everything including food, watermarks you name it!! 100% recommend

The room had great working A\C but the staff showed they were understaffed. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again if given the choice.

The only good thing was the breakfast I reserved this hotel 6 months ago for $594 for 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for my family of 5. When we go to check in, they gave us a key for a king bed and a sofa. Went back down to the front desk where we waited for 20 mins for staff to come back. I showed him what I booked and the price. He said, "That's an issue with booking.com, not us. Take it up with them. We do have 2 queen beds available." So he put us in the right room but then charged me $894. We get to the room, tv doesn't work, we only have 2 towels, and there is melted cheese on the microwave plate. My husband goes back down to the lobby. We get 2 more towels because they're "behind" on towels. I ended up fixing the TV and cleaning the plate. We never did get more the whole 4 nights we stayed. We also never had housekeeping either, and there no sign to put out that we needed it. The pool was disgusting. My kids kept pulling hair out of it and piling it up on the side of the pool along with the chewed up pickle chunk. It sat there for 3 days before it ever got cleaned. The fitted sheet of the bed I slept on wouldn't stay on. The elastic on it was shot. Middle of the night, I kept having to fix the bed sheet. The wad of hair I pulled out of the tub drain because it was draining a little slow. The morning we left a nice little black bug crawled out of the sink. Never staying there again.

Loved our stay here! The suite room was fantastic! So well designed!

We checked in on a Monday night. No shower curtain. in our Room, when asked the guy said he will have someone bring it up. It was 10:30 PM before we went to bed and no curtain was ever received. More staff lady was absolutely rude. We also asked for a highchair for breakfast area. After 20 minutes of waiting no chair was ever given to us so we left.

Breakfast was really good

It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options.

Maid service was non existent. We had to ask for trash to be emptied several times and still ended up doing it ourselves. Asked for exrta towels at the front desk and still had to find a maid who spoke no english. I had to physically show her what I wanted and they never took the dirty ones. We were there from Sunday to Friday and there was never a maid in our room the entire time other than when we asked for towels.

The set up and cleanliness of the room was nice! However the beds were very hard and the staff were not helpful or very friendly and welcoming.
