Staff were so kind generous and personable!

Great location for automation. Owner was very disrespectful and decided to make me pay $100 for a quilt that had a tiny bit of rain water on it. (Washable by the way)

Very comfortable and the staff were easy to work with. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch and windows wouldn’t lock.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. You can hear the noise from nearby road.

Price was good. Worn out beds and several bugs .

Office staff was friendly, but disorganized. Motel was outdated, but clean.

Room was newly renovated. Mattress was comfortable. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Location excellent as well.

The price was within my budget and the location was great. It was clean and It was less than a mile from everywhere I needed to be during my stay. It had a nice clean pool, even though I didn't get to use it due to my schedule and the weather. The room was a little smaller than I expected. so the bed was against the wall. How the room was very functional.

It was the worst stay me and my wife had in our 9 years of exploring the area. Went to take a shower and the water stunk up the whole room. People running around on the second floor. People in the parking lot blasting music. With The room smell and noise we didn’t even stay. Picked up and left for a 2 hour drive back home. They didn’t offer any refund or discount either.

Rooms were remodeled. The lady that owns this hotel is super nice. Would stay again. Room rates were decent especially since it was a last minute booking due to a different hotel canceling my rooms. Next time I will just book this place.

It was nice and clean

It was spotless. We weren't bothered by anyone. The beds were comfortable, which is good because my back is bad and prone to bad beds. The floors were super clean. No weird smells. We couldn't hear any neighbors beside or below us. Cool charm to the place. Staff looked to always be hard at work. There were a few small bugs found in the bed through the stay. One was a dead ant, the other I'm not sure. One bug in the bathroom. Notable amount of spiders on the building outside right above the windows and doors but none were found inside. The fridge was a little noisy, but thats just me being picky. With the AC on I couldnt hear it. TV was small. I didnt care for the lack of art on the walls, everything was painted white, which feels clean but also kinda depressing. Get some pictures on the walls!

Very nice well maintained motel and a comfortable room, friendly staff. The only things lacking are that the TV reception is very poor and the WiFi is weak.

Upon arrival, the check in lady or owner was such a joy to meet. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable affordable and nice everything was nicely renovated up-to-date. The property is very quiet and calm. My children and I had a wonderful day. the pool is awesome as well.

Motel owner, Ann, was an amazing host! She loves to talk to her customers and get to know about them and their trip to the dells. She is very accommodating! Our room was comfortable, clean and updated. Good location. We would return again!!

My wife and her best friend stayed there for 1 of their vacations this year. For the last 37yrs she stayed at a different motel and now, she will only stay here. Friendly, clean and Tina really liked the owner.
