Great propety right on the water. Clean and getting stuff into the room was seamless. Really enjoyed ourselves there. Is also in a good staging spot to enjoy the area.

Seems like they could use some more maintenance help. The beach and pool grounds were not as well maintained as in past years. The front desk staff is helpful and the room was clean.

First let me start with how sweet the front desk employee was at check in, however everything after was downhill. I was very disappointed in the entire property as a whole. It felt and smelled old and dirty, the rooms very dated and beds were horrible and covers were stained and held a horrible smell. Both pools and the hot tub were so filthy dirty we couldn’t even get in. The outside area near beach just looked dirty like it sat vacant with no upkeep at all. There was a very loud dog that kept barking all day and night. The water in our room would not get hot and the pressure was horrible, the shower head was barely on and sprayed all over. The patio door didn’t lock. I didn’t sleep all night because I just couldn’t unwind. I was so happy that we were only there the night and chose a different hotel for the week. We got out of bed at 5:30am and left. This place use to be so amazing but unfortunately has really been neglected. Hopefully they can take all the reviews and get it back together. So disappointed.

It was on lake Delton The building we stayed in was really run down. I expected better quality for what I paid to stay there.

The view was wonderful. The beds need to be changed, they were very uncomfortable.

Used the paddle board, but beach is very small with a boat dock and pontoon taking up most of the shallow swimming area. The resort is pet friendly but you can’t bring your dog to the beach area, which was a real bummer. Rooms were clean and remodeled.

The only positive thing about this property was the lake access and the view. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived. The floors were so dirty and sticky that we ended up wiping them down ourselves, and we even found nail clippings on the floor next to the bed, which was unacceptable. The property also had people smoking throughout the grounds, including what appeared to be a maintenance employee, which made the environment unpleasant. To make matters worse, when we arrived to check in during a rainstorm, we couldn’t pull up to the entrance because a maintenance worker was parked there in a golf cart, sitting on his phone instead of moving to allow guests to unload.

I ordered a rollaway bed. I never received it and they didn't take the charge away.
