Great lake view
-
Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.

The toilets flushed really slow and the front desk didn’t explain all the perks too well.

The amenities and view.

Staff were business oriented but not friendly. Resort floating lake obstacle course was not as pictured on web site. It was alot less than shown and very old and dirty looking. Pool area was very clean and inviting. Enjoyed the layout of our room. The room could use some minor repairs, blinds need to be replaced. The price was fair. In the future I would opt for a different resort since there are so many other choices in the area. I was given access to drive to use other resort amenities but I already drove hundreds of miles to get there. I was not interested in driving anywhere else.

The resort is gorgeous! The kids got to play in the pool, the beach, and the sand. My husband got to fish and I got to relax! There's something for everyone at Natura. The staff is great and the place is very clean. We will definitely be coming back We liked everything!

Nice location, easy access to rooms. Great parking. Sheets were stained, like to the point you had to be completely not paying attention when they put them on to not see the stains. Both beds. TV remote did not match the tv to operate it with the remote.

Muy bien atendido

The facilities were great. Loved the beach and the pools. They were a hit for the kids. Land of Natura was very nice. Kids had a blast. The food at Land of Natura was reasonable price but I feel like the price of drinks was a lot. In order to get more towels we had to go down to front desk with dirty towels to exchange for clean. The beach was full of bird poop. Land of Natura was good but the drinks for our group was $45. I feel like you should be able to bring drinks in.

Rooms, hot tubs and fire pit was relaxing.
-
I absolutely loved the vibe of this hotel. Right on the water, and wonderful pools and hot tub tubs :-) just a great vibe!
-
I did not try the breakfast, but the pools were nice and I really liked the little kids pool. The outdoor hot tub is super small, and a family stayed all day in it, and couldn’t get in a single day. I also did not like that the nature park is far away from the stay.

Everything I loved it! Really nothing
-
We love the beach, playground, fire pits and outdoor facility along with passes that come with your stay! We like the renovated motel rooms but they did have a funky must smell. I think air filters need changing.

Property was beautiful. Really nice

Theresa, the manager was amazing! She really helped us through all the issues we had with our room. She cleaned up the floor by herself and made the housekeepers come back with new sheets, pillow cases and blankets. The rooms were not as clean as I hoped. I’m pretty sure our bed sheets were never changed from the previous guests as they had hair and sand in them. The floor had some kind of wet stain on it and the room smelled terrible.
-
Indoor and out door pools and hot tubs were nice. Beach and playground was all near the pool area. 1 found a bed bug
-
The best place from all the point of view. Perfect destination to relax and enjoy with family of all ages The property doesn’t have its own restaurant

The room had a very dirty carpet, an outside light that wouldn’t turn off, the hotel was noisy and the staff didn’t care to enforce basic rules. Pool water too cold to swim ( indoor and outdoors). Little children jumping and diving in the hot tub, groups of loud people watching sports in their devices in the hot tub, while drinking beer. Staff would not give me an extra towel for my kiddo and my husband unless we all showed up together. It was the worst hotel experience we have had in years. We tried getting help, but staff didn’t seem to care.

Also, the wristbands for keys was nice for everyone in the family. Would have loved to have a continental breakfast. Hot tub could use more jets and cleaning.
