The ads are misleading about the property, we thought our rooms would be close to the water park but it was like 7 miles away. We had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper. The carpet in the rooms felt unclean. Would not stay there again for the money.

The concept of the park was super cool and the other parks included were awesome! The outdoor pools were great and clean. Located in a convenient spot close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in one of the treehouses and the only bad part was bunk bed mattresses were very hard and thin. Bathrooms were dirty and no hot water and the water only stays on for a few minutes at a time then shuts off. So needless to say my kiddos didn’t sleep well and we didn’t get good showers. Also pool and hot tub in hotel is open later then outside pools but the chlorine smell was so bad we couldn’t stay inside longer than 15min.

The natural theme

The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This was an amazing deal! We had access to the large water park, the other two properties owned by the company, 10% off at their restaurants, and access to a little animal park. Definitely worth the money!

The only good thing about this hotel was that it gave us access to the Natura Water Park with the inflatables, which was very nice. The hotel room itself was grimy. Even after a shower with their bath gel, my family and I did not feel clean. The whole experience in the hotel room felt dirty.

Everything, but most importantly the natural filtration system. Nothing

We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.

It was a fun place for the whole family.

Close to a lot of attractions and downtown. Clean rooms and the beds were comfortable. No chair for relaxing in. Shower head too low and the building and rooms need upgrades.

Stayed in the hotel. I liked the space. We had 2 rooms and my room was bigger than the other room. They were connected rooms. It was just so helpful to have the extra space. There were 2 sinks too which was super helpful since 4 of us were in the room. Not super nice but it was clean and perfect for our needs. The staff really didn't know the property. Misdirected a few people in my group. We had 50 people staying and there were a couple of issues when checking in. But after that everything was great.

The water areas were great, water was warm, In the kiddie area by the volleyball section theres no life guard I seen 2 but there backs were always facing me. Kids can drown in shallow water to ... but anyways other then that and the fact they closed early yesterday without explanation it was nice!

Very run down Dirty employees don’t know about the property

The room looked a little bigger in the pictures so we weren't expecting such tight quarters. We had a queen bed and a bunk bed. The play area and pools were great, loved going to Land of Natura and Timbavati wildlife park with our passes from the hotel. Luckily another member in our group had rented a house as we were part of a reunion and it provided a good place to gather. There wasn't a spot we could have all been together before and after the outdoor pool and bowery was open.

Beds were rock hard, shower was small and hardley any water pressure

The location was good. You could walk to the downtown strip area. Most everyone slept well. I've stayed at this Natura location twice before. The rooms were nice and spacious. I didn't realize there was a building B until this 3rd stay. These rooms were smaller and definitely weren't as nice. We reserved two rooms this time as we brought more family members. They had issues with the shower in their room right off the bat. Not sure if we'll return if we're going to be stuck in building B.

We stayed here for 2 nights after walking out of the Super 8 by Wyndham (whole other review...but stay away). We were in one of the rooms in the hotel, not a treehouse, after finding out there was no bathroom or shower in the treehouses. They did have bath houses available but we weren't looking for the "camping" experience so we grabbed a room. Nothing fancy, but adequate for my wife and I and eleven year old grandson. Perfect as a base for everything the Dells has to offer. Friendly staff. And your wristband allows you to use all ameities of the numerous Natura properties in the Dells, inclusing a river beach and a large inflatable water park.

The water park is awesome but the hotel is very outdated and needs lots of work

It was more for 10 and under children The pool

The cabins were great, clean, functional, A/C was very much appreciated! The different water parks were all enjoyable. A very fun trip and a great value! There were only 2 outlets which were already being partly used for TV and refrigerator so charging our devices was inconvenient
