Buena aventura

Our fourth year here was excellent… So many properties to take advantage of, we have the best family vacation vacations ever here
-
Deben especificar que los baños son compartidos y necesitan hacer más limpiezas a estos, porque los usan mucho y claramente se ensucian rápidamente

Amazing experience first time visiting Natura and the experience was amazing for us.

At the water park and attractions. No frills. Just good enough for sleeping and showering.

My stay was fantastic! I loved being able to go to ask if the land of Natura amenities. My family had a great time in the cabin, loved we had our own fire pit. Only negative was it took FOREVER to check out and ask a few questions as there was a long line and seems one lady was holding it up checking in early.

The tree house, the small pond area We were to check in at 4:00pm, we were told we cannot and we would receive a call or text message when then room was ready, we went back at 6:30pm and they said we could get into our room (tree house). Then when we got to the house our cabin floors were dirty visibly dirty (food crumbs, rocks on the floor). For our too not get into our rental 2.5 hours late and still have a dirty cabin is a little disturbing. When we got there the kids wanted to go swimming, so we got ready when down to the pool/swim area and got into the water to be told by some very rude kid that we need to get out the swim area is closing. There is no time open or closure noted on the swim area just a sign saying no lifeguard. So why is there a closing time???

Cabin was exactly as described, primitive but comfortable. Free tickets to water Park and animal Park was definitely worth it. Really friendly and helpful staff. Cabin doors did not have an internal lock. Made me feel a little uneasy. Floor was not swept. Community bathrooms got very stinky and dirty overnight. Also needs additional outlets. We had to unplug the TV to charge our phones

Location was very centralized. It was incredibly dirty. We had a group of roughly 30 people reserve cabins. All were pretty dirty. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty. Since they are common/shared unisex bathrooms, I’d suggest more rounds of cleaning services throughout the day.

Bathroom were too dirty and smelly. And the bedroom has a lot of insects.

Room in basement/lower level. Moldy smell from wet rugs struggled to sleep.

The concept of the whole thing is really nice We recently stayed at Landal Natura and had a mixed experience. The cabins were a bit disappointing as they felt more like units on a parking lot than cabins in nature, though the fire pit was a nice touch. The park has a great concept and the obstacle course was fun, but maintenance was lacking. Some flotation pieces were deflated, and parts of the course showed signs of mold, which was concerning. Life jackets are shared without any visible cleaning process, which didn’t feel hygienic. It was also very crowded, making the obstacle course hard to enjoy. Customer service was another issue, with staff often saying they were new and unable to help. We also experienced the park closing earlier than expected, and calls to management were not resolved. Attractions also tended to shut down 15–20 minutes before official closing time, reducing usable time. Overall, the place has great potential and a fun concept, but issues with cleanliness, maintenance, overcrowding, early closures, and customer service made the experience disappointing.
