We specifically chose this hotel because of the free shuttle from the airport. We tried to contact them for 2 weeks, receiving no answer from them. We reached Booking and Marriott but they couldn't do anything for us. Finally, arriving in Chicago, no shuttle was possible for us because our flight arrived at 11.50 pm (shuttle is from 7 am to 10 pm). We tried to cancel but it was not possible and they didn't want to make an exception. When we arrived into our room, it was a king bed and the bed for our kid (we reserved for 3 people) was no made, still on sofa mode. It was 1 am, no time to complain. Really poor experience, knowing that no shuttle was available I would never have made that reservation of course !!

Eoom was covered jn ants. The staff was helpful in finding us a new room...but there was no apology. This kind of stuff should not happen

Location was great right next to the toll highway. I was charged twice for a deposit. Inconvenienced me due to their error, went to my room, and took a whiff of mildew. I had changed rooms; the room was so horrible It looked like someone had soaked in the tub, and the dirt buildup was left behind. You wouldn't dare step in that filth. I changed rooms to the next-door room; the tub was in better shape and could use a coat of gloss paint. The second room smelled of cigarettes , the mattress was terrible, it had dips in it as if someone had lain in that bed all day, every day. My body aches every time I lie in bed. I never experienced this with Marriott before. They need a serious update and new carpet. If you plan on making this location your destination, please ask to see the room before you swipe your card. I arrived late and tired. I prepaid for the room. Prepay isn't always a good idea when you get a room like this. The rooms were located on the first floor, rooms 120 & 118. I typically don't prefer first-floor rooms. I will not be returning to this location. This location's lawn was highly overgrown. In the summer, lawn service is typically weekly. This location's lawn service is way overdue, and it looks like it's been growing for a month or more. The appearance outside was not inviting.

Everything was very clean and nice and quiet. Just need to update the elevator. Seemed very sketchy and 1 person in my party wouldn’t ride on it.

We just stayed one night but the location, comfortable beds and ease of checking in made it really nice.

Near airport-good location. Very clean rooms and super helpful staff.

Just wish there was free breakfast, but overall a good stay

The airport shuttle only picks up and drops off at terminal 2. If the flight is from a different terminal, you’d have to figure something out yourself, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We just needed a place to stay between flights and it was clean and felt safe. The balcony was great and the front staff was excellent. He even let me borrow a block for my chargers because all of our stuff was still at the airport. My really only issue was the bathroom door. It was very heavy and shut automatically. Not a deal breaker by any means, just annoying. Also, there was no bathroom fan so after the shower, it was so humid!

I needed a one night stay due to my flight home canceled. This was a great choice. They have an airport shuttle, bistro, and gym. My first room had a television that didn't work. The staff replaced it, that one didn't work either. I got moved to a new room. John, at the front desk was so helpful.

Both my main interactions with staff unfortunately left much to be desired. A technical issue caused us to run my card twice for the normal "incidentals" hotels hold your information for, yet it reminded me of another employee getting ahead of herself at a car parts store and walking away before the transaction was completed; for some reason the outdated system couldn't even retain the most recent transaction and print a receipt, I had to pay for my item twice, then file a dispute and everything, despite an explicit refund receipt in-hand after I went back the next day and found the duplicate transactions after the system had "updated". Thankfully, no issues with Marriot when I checked my account. The next day, perhaps the desk employee couldn't see, or didn't notice (or care?!) the airport shuttle was directly outside? She said she'd "let me know" when the shuttle was actually leaving in less than five minutes! I don't know if there's multiple shuttles lady! Do you shout at the large nice lobby and outdoor seating areas before each departure? A competent employee would look at the time, know the pace of operations of the establishment, and say something simple, kindly, rational, and relatable like 'if you see the shuttle with our logo outside that's the one!' It could have been so frustrating to miss my flight.

We ended up checking in after 3pm. Parking hard ti come by when sold out. Our keys also got disabled the next day so we had to walk all the way back to the counter to get it refreshed.

If it weren’t for the room, which reminded me of my dog (via the smell), I would have given fewer stars. The desk staff has to look over their shoulder to see the line of incompetence. It took an hour, literally, to get checked in the first night. Their system was down, yea, but 10 of us were standing in line for :20 before one of us got their attention to find out what was going on. A simple announcement would have alleviated a lot of frustration, not all of it, but some. Was there for 4 nights and had to get new keys each night for one reason after another. Same staff every night and it became more painful each time watching them attempt their jobs. If I hadn’t settled in the first night and prepaid for the first two nights, I would have run for greener pastures after the first :20 in line. Hard pass.

Though a 15 - 20 minute ride from Ohare airport this has been a very pleasant stay. We are here due to a flight cancellation and have enjoyed this modern Marriott property. They have an airport shuttle, really nice rooms and a great bar and restaurant with a small but good menu for breakfast and dinner. It was the Sunday of the World Cup final and we enjoyed watching the game at the hotel. It is not within walking distance to shops and restaurants, so the vibe is more conference attendees or airport travelers. A really nice courtyard but no pool. We picked the hotel looking at a site to see what was available and are very happy with our choice.
