Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Wood Dale

Exceptional

Checking in was a disaster.

Room was clean and nice patio, pull out bed is a twin which was the down part of the stay along with no complementary breakfast. Was not close to the airport as advertised

The staff were very friendly. Hotel clean and in a safe area.

There was hair left in the bathtub area when we arrived. The bed was horrible...lumpy, no back support...just awful. The staff was nice. Nothing about this hotel said $700+ per night, but that's what the manager told us it would cost to book a second room. We moved to the Hyatt!

Shuttle bus from airport was very convenient. Call to speak to the staff with any questions regarding the shuttle . Recording details incorrect. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff friendly.

Na

There was no air conditioning; the grounds were over run and unkept; inside was older and could have been cleaner.

Floor was wet and no microwave in the room.

Superb

All it's good but balcony is not clean

Clean and quiet

First Time In Chicago. We wanted something Cheaper in price with maintaining Quality and Comfort. If you are looking for the same this is your place. Free Airport shuttle and Metro Connections from the airport to Downtown. Very convenient and the property in excellent inside a safe neighborhood.

As one would expect with any Marriott property, the rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It's a shame that the grounds were not better maintained.

There was a fly in my room, I was told to leave the door open to see if it would fly out. I subsequently requested a new room and was eventually able to switch

We just stayed for one night on our way from Chicago to Wisconsin

Good value. Pretty basic. Reasonably close to O'Hare. OK for a short stay

Good location and wonderful staff. Reasonably close to O'Hare. Good value.
