Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Wood Dale

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was modern, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for getting a great night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities throughout the property. The complimentary parking and convenient location near O'Hare Airport made everything even easier. The hotel also offers an indoor pool, fitness center, and an on-site Bistro serving breakfast and evening meals, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. What really stood out was the customer service. Every interaction felt personal, and it's clear the team takes pride in making guests feel at home. It's no surprise the hotel consistently receives praise for its staff and cleanliness from so many travelers. The person who checked me in was very kind and professional. The room was comfortable, but their was a slight order in the room.

Good for the right price.

Stay ok! I think what I didnt love what the communication around the shuttle, it only drops off at one of the terminals and it was late. I think front desk could have mentioned it at arrival more info about it for instance didnt realize it only comes at set times.

We loved the pool! The beds were nice the sheets were clean. Overall we had a great stay!

The fact that the fest was going on down the street and I was told that I could find parking anywhere was disgraceful. I was a paying customer first off. No parking was anywhere. I went around five times. I was blown off. I had to call my daughter and her friend to see if I could call the Elk Grove police department to park somewhere in the neighborhood. I have been going to this Marriott for the last 15 years. I’m so upset not only the way I was treated but the way they had this run. First off I was actually staying at the property . They had no alternatives. I would very much like a refund.

Room smelled musty and couldn’t change rooms

This hotel was great! Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and well maintained. We had breakfast at the bistro and it was SO good. Real, fresh, food! We didn’t use the pool because it was closed for the night but it looked nice! The hotel and property felt safe as well. Would recommend!

I really loved food. My breakfast and dinner was 5 star!!! Bed was comfortable, but pillows are old and hard.

Disappointed breakfast wasn't included, but that is life in the big city of Wood Dale. Parking was fine.

Friendly, clean, nice buffet breakfast

We had 3 rooms - one had other people's things in it and we had to change rooms. Then the only available room was on the other side of the hotel, so we were completely separated. You had to go down the elevator, cross over to the other side and go up the elevator on the other side to get to the room. We had move everything including the car because it was the only room to give us, since we Expedia and couldn't change room types. Never again

Breakfast and comfortable sleep. Housekeeping would not give garbage bags, when asked. Refrigerator didn't work.

Breakfast is not included with stay like advertised. Booked a room for 6 people. Was told they overbooked rooms. They put us in a king sweet with ONE bed for SIX people. Was not refunded or even given the difference in cost back. Ended up having to book ANOTHER room $$.
