Hyatt Place Itasca

The room is spacious. The staff are friendly. The amenities are well maintained. Overall very pleasant stay. Will stay again.

It is a great hotel, perfect location and great staff.

Breakfast was late a couple times during our stay. The rooms are falling into disrepair.

Fine…wierd location amongst many industrial facilities

Staff tried hard to help. Loud (broken) fan in AC unit, uncomfortable bed, HORRIBLE DISGUSTING eggs.

Excellent Stay 20 min from O’hare Airport!!!

While the property itself felt dated and the hotel and rooms did not quite match how they were advertised, the staff was absolutely amazing. Every employee I encountered was professional, upbeat, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. Their energy and level of service stood in sharp contrast to the tired appearance of the property. Although I was disappointed with the accommodations, the wonderful staff made the experience far more pleasant.

The room was even better than the pictures…clean, beautiful, organized…the layout made it feel very comfortable and homey. The staff were professional and helpful. Perfect stay!!

It was fine for the price. Hotel needs a remodel and a good cleaning. Kids enjoyed the breakfast, the layout for breakfast and lobby could use a re-design.

Parking was very nice. It was free and I was able to park right next to the building on the side by the entrance both days. Felt very safe and secure. The room was in great condition. Shower was a little smaller than I had hoped, but it was still a walk in. Room stayed VERY cool, which was nice and it was vvery spacious. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Good amount of choices for most diets. Was a little disappointed that 1 of the 2 elevators did not appear to be working, and while we were in the elevator we were told by another guest that the pool was in bad shape due to the filters not working. This deterred us from checking out the pool. All in all, we will absolutely stay here again if we're make our way through that area.

My wife and I found the Hyatt met our needs, and we will stay there again, the next time we visit Chicago...
