Pool was not open even tho they advertised they have a pool

The coffee maker did not work and was not changed despite request.

Overall experience was good but we had booked this hotel specifically for pool and that was under Reno plus room didn’t have hotel water kettle. But staff was amazing so was breakfast. An early heads up on the pool Reno would have been appreciated.

Have been staying here for years. Recently the rooms aren’t as clean as they used to be. We’re here in early August, the stopper in the sink was broken off and the sink was very dirty.

Very clean, friendly staff, extremely accommodating, and plenty of available parking. Absolutely loved it.

Stuff were very helpful excellent service.

Staff were great, enjoyed our room but we purposely stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday because it's pool which was out of commission. Similarly only one elevator was working. Breakfast was good. It was just a disappointing situation.

The two ladies (Lina and one whose name I didn’t get) were very helpful and extremely pleasant. The light in my bathroom was malfunctioning but was repaired by the time I returned from dinner. Very well done!

Overall we had a great time. The Property was well maintained and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and the managers and team were very polite and helpful. We were only disappointed because the pool was not working. We wish that would have been told to us before booking.

The location is great and close to what we needed for our trip.

We had a pair of conjoined rooms for our stay and the ac in one of the rooms didn't seem to work all that well. Even when set as low as possible it was hovering just shy of 70 at night. Our group is planning another trip to Chicago already and so far the one thing we've agreed on is that we won't be staying here again.
