Pretty clean and quiet, but still has carpets in the rooms which is from 10 years ago it seems. Have to drive anywhere to get decent food options, but overall not bad and I would stay here again if needed.

Polite staff, engaging manager, clean and quiet. Perfect stay
-
Clean room, hot shower, good working ac, good selection to choose from for breakfast. Will definitely stay at again

Staff is not friendly. Not welcoming at all. Skip the breakfast. The place is dirty. Find another solution for your eggs rather than a 20 lbs lid and pot. Can someone please order new coffee carafes!!! Everything smells like urine. Please consider moving the cig but container away from your front entrance. Glad to be gone.

The staff were awesome! Especially in the early morning when we checked out, the overnight woman was an absolute delight and so kind as to help us grab some breakfast food, even though we were leaving before the buffet was open.

Nice staff

I would not stay there again. The property is older and need renovation. Water pressure in shower was very low.

We stayed in two other Hyatts the same week and had wonderful experiences so this was very discouraging.

We found A tik in the room told staff about it only thing they did change the bedsheets
-
Pool was closed. The inside of the building had leaks and water in the hallways. The outside had trash not contained in one area.

The AC in my room was very noisy
-
The property was very noisy with guests loud after quiet hours. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud in the room making it difficult to get a restful nights sleep. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud. The bathroom walls had mold on them. The shower head spout had mold on it. The hallways and room were musty smelling. More importantly the hallways and our room smelled like marijuana. Woke up at 4 am one night and could smell marijuana. When stated to the front desk clerk they said and offered nothing. Shower did not drain well. The two sinks in the room did not drain well. The refrigerator did not keep items very cold. First night we were in the room I called down to the front desk for 2 extra blankets. An hour passed and never received them. I called back down to cancel and all the clerk could say was “I understand sir”. Ice machine on my floor was broke. Had to go up two floors to get ice. The 5th floor smelled worse than the 3rd floor. Absolutely not worth the money. I’m done spending money at Hyatt properties. Hyatt used to be a name in the hotel industry. They are nothing more than budget accommodation anymore.with subpar service.

The sink in my room was broken. Some man tried to fix it but couldn’t, The sink was filthy, the stopper was broken off.

Good service

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. A couple things that were frustrating was there was things under the couch and bed that weren’t ours, the pool was closed for maintenance but was supposed to be open for another 2 weeks (one of the reasons we booked this hotel), the breakfast was good but very crowded to get food and find a place to sit. I would say other than that we had a good experience and a very enjoyable time!

THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. Our room needed many maintenance repairs that the hotel has neglected: windows held together with packing tape, broken glass on the mirrors, broken face plates on the switches, unfinished ceiling fixtures, rips/rates in the furniture, rusted shower head. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs had the consistency of dry oatmeal. The dining area was incredibly small. The lobby area appeared to have no air conditioning? We stayed for several days and they always had a few box fans in the lobby to try and cool it. The trash bin outside was overflowing and piled into a mountain around the trash bin. During the heat of the day the parking lot on that side of the building smelled awful. The only change in the beginning of our stay and the last day was the staff added orange warning cones around the trash mountain.
