Large room Smelled like pee and smoke walking in the hallway

It's very dirty and there are cockroaches running around.

Parking lot is closer to hotel.

The refrigerator in my room was dirty, the breakfast consisted only of oatmeal and packaged muffins, and there was no ice machine available.

The WiFi speed was not very fast.

Key card broke as soon as it was given. WiFi didnt work during the stay. There were no amenities in the room. Breakfast was just oatmeal and few bars.

Clean room, parking available. Staff was friendly. Didn’t get to try the breakfast. Overall good for the values.

It was a perfect one month stay.

The room and the staff Drama between guests

Not much Police activity frequently and they did not refund a booking they called and solicited payment directly from me

The hotel was very clean, however very old and needs considerable updating. The lobby and hallways smelled of smoke, however the room did not.

Room was not clean and had a smell. Towels had hair on them.

The staff was nice. But werent able to accomodate certain requests since hotel was overbooked. The hotel was overbooked and people who had reservations were being denied. The queen beds werent queen but rather twin xl and when consulted with staff to have either a sofa bed or a room with 2beds in a room they said they were at full capacity and we should be happy that we got our 2 rooms.

Price, staff, location, and cleanliness No toothpaste, lotion, or body wash

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very much lived in. The bathroom was basic and cramped.

Courteous staff. Room was as clean as expected for the price point of the hotels we considered. Shower got hot and water drained well from the tub while we showered which hasn’t always been the case at some places that we’ve stayed. The toilet paper was just single-ply but it was softer than the cheap stuff you usually see in hotels.
