La habitación tenia pelos en el baño, el área del patio esta descuidada. Es un buen lugar, pero le falta mantenimiento áreas verdes etc. Hay dos juegos de muebles de jardín en catastróficos condiciones, da muy mal aspecto. Deberían sacarlo de ahi.

Was not aware room only received a refresh every other day. That meant no clean towels daily. Had to ask for ckean towels. I did not expect a room cleaning each day. However I expected dirty towels to be replaced with clean towels, the bed made, and coffee essentials restocked. This was very disappointing.

I like the property location they have a pool and jacuzzi you hardly see that anymore the staff was so nice the entire stay I even lost jewelry didn’t notice till I returned home they kept it till I returned to get it other guests are actually just as nice as staff Could be clearer

Very clean and excellent breakfast. Those waffle stations create a bit of congestion. Having a nice sports bar/restaurant within steps was a big plus. Never was able to enjoy their cookies…and not available on weekends seems odd since they are such a part of their identity.
