Check in was easy , staff was nice , room was clean and bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Parking was not bad. We was only here to sleep and move on so I don’t have any other reviews.

Great location and our room was perfectly clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Silvia is a rockstar at managing the breakfast area!

The place and the room was clean, the staff is very friendly and approachable, the parking was very accessible because there are lots of parking in the compound. Overall the place was clean and very close to restaurants, arcade places for kids, malls, and airport (ORD) 20mins drive. Im from WA stare, we will stay again when we get a chance to visit Chicago again.

I look for three things when booking a hotel: a working hot tub, an indoor pool, and a free breakfast buffet. This hotel had all of those. Hotel was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Only thing I'd change was I requested connecting rooms and did not get them. Front desk and breakfast staff were very good.

The location was convenient and reasonable We came when they had an event and we had our little one with us and it was loud past midnight.

The staff was lovely to work with and the facility in good repair. Breakfast was questionable, so we chose to pass.

Jacuzzi in room is a plus only if it works. Also, awkward floor plan at these specific room. I would stay for work and in a simple room, the higher class suites make no sense for the money.
