Very clean, well maintained. Listed services were available. A microwave was available in the lobby. Good experience! A refrigerator in the room would be nice.

Superb

The staff here is wonderful, especially the housekeeping team. One particularly kind woman, whose name I unfortunately forgot, checked on my room daily to ensure I had enough towels and toilet paper. Her attentiveness made me feel great, and our brief conversations, like her asking "How are you doing?" and expressing "Glad you're okay" each day, were very reassuring. The front desk staff are consistently pleasant, and the coffee is truly fantastic. The water machine is a lifesaver for me, as I only drink alkaline zero water, believing that water is life. They have a filtered machine here, which I plan to photograph and update soon.

Great value A little far from the ORD airport

Booked the hotel because our plane was canceled. Expedia couldn't provide a confirmation number, hotel couldn't find the reservation. They didn't have a room, but we still got charged. Expedia couldn't do anything, and the hotel couldn't do anything. Worse customer service ever.

Clean with a comfortable bed. No frills. Just needed a nap on a long layover and this was perfect for it. A lot of noise. People in nearby rooms banging around and moving furniture. The clientele were definitely kind of sketchy, but so was the area.

$--- a night for this mediocre motel 6??? What a joke.
