This used to be a nice hotel in a very cozy location, but now it's fallen into disrepair. It needs serious renovations. And it doesn't help that they probably operate as a shelter.Although the staff tries to help as best they can, at best, but won't improve the situation.

The kitchen was beautiful the room was big a nice size bathroom and all it's a amazing stay period the staff was nice and all thank you.

I did not like anything about this hotel. When I get to the hotel, There were no receptionist to check me in, after about 20 minutes I saw someone who take a copy of my credit card and my driver license, and he gave me the key for the room. The key did not work, it sound as if someone was in the room he gave me, I have to cancel the reservation and drive back to New York. I did not like anything about this hotel

The staff was very accomodiating. Your rooms need TLC. The refrig had rust spots all over it, the microwave had a big rust stain in the middle of the window on the door, the room needed a paint job.

- No ice, or coffee maker in rooms, which even cheap motels provide - breakfast is minimum; not even proper continental breakfast, which even cheap motels provide - Suites do not have any utensils, not even a folk or spoon, Place is family clean though!

The shower/tub was disgusting, peeling paint and mildew around all the caulking. I asked for a call back from the manager to compensate for the complete unusability and never got one.

The room cleaning was terrible, and the sheets had stains and hair on them. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us; we had to call the hotel's central office and wait half an hour to be checked in. I would never stay there again.

Outside was filthy. You had homeless men outside hanging in the front also the elevators and hallways were not clean. The bed moved and was not secure to the floor. Room didn't feel clean. Couldn't walk on the floor barefoot

The room has potential with how it’s set up for the room I picked out for my stay The AC was leaking water all over the room. I found someone’s lipgloss in the corner of the room that looks like it has been there forever. The lamp was dusty with some old tape on it. When I opened up the nightstand drawer I saw an open condom and the drawer was very dirty. There was a lot of dirt on the side of the fridge. Also, the little tab in the bathroom of the bathtub was stuck in between filling up the bathtub and going through the showerhead. I couldn’t even have a nice shower. The room has potential if it was clean better I hope to have some compensation or something. I have pictures and videos of what I experienced else of this room so please let me know if there is an email I can send this to because I booked this last minute from July 8 to July 10 but because of my last minute job I had to do in New Jersey and I have driven very far from Annapolis Maryland so I arrived July 9 around 2 AM to about 3 AM in the morning by the time I discovered my room, I was way too tired to look for another hotel or anything and had work in the morning, so I just dealt with it and checked out the same day around 11 PM at night close to midnight. The staff asked me why I didn’t say anything I said because I had a very long journey to work a job. I picked up last minute and I was so exhausted from my journey I should’ve came to a clean hotel room. I just kinda dealt with it, but please let me know if there’s anyway I can get compensation back for this day. I am very disappointed because again the room I selected and everything has potential just super dirty and was not clean. well, besides the AC leak and not being able to take a bath and very weak showerhead because of the tab being stuck in the middle. actually I see now that I can post photos on here. Please let me know if there’s something I can send these videos. I took to show proof of the rest of the unexpected experience I had.
