Everything. It was the most dirty hotel I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are in quite different conditions. We had two rooms and had to change rooms 3 times. At the end one was ok and the other had a strange smell, but just ok to get by. The staff did try to find a ok room, but I fear they had limited options. Very old place and lacks maintenance and cleaning.

No breakfast. Location is in the back of an industrial park. Dirty, run-down, room lamp broken, toilet running & toilet seat chipping, lobby blocked off with police tape, ferral cats running under car in broken payment of back alley which was parking lot.

Jacuzzi was great and staff was very nice and switch us to another room with smile The outside backyard can use little improvement

AC worked very well. room was clean. it was quiet, nothing crazy going on. check in and out was easy.

Nothing. This place is a health hazard. Mold in the restrooms. Bathrooms aren’t even clean. Unknown hair. Cat poop walking into the property. Gross & unclean. The mildew smell. The cigarette smell. The mold in bathroom. The dirty sheets. The tv channels. Doesn’t even change to HDMI if you have your gaming systems

The bathroom light was not working and inspite of telling staff couple of times,nothing was done The first water was cold in the morning. Could not even shower. Telling the staff was no use as they are not receptive

There was undoubtedly safety concerns the front door entrances were not able to lock left ajar and anyone can walk in or out and any given time. My room originally 208 was in extremely poor conditions. I was given a new room 225. Was not better.

Absolutely nothing The space is dirty, inside and out, looks more like a shelter rather than the hotel

Staff good. Nice bed. Big rooms. Nonsmell. Good stay. No air. No oxygen in room. Hard to go to car. Quite long in length.
