The on-site and nearby food options could have been better, but that was the only drawback. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10. If I ever travel to Edison again, I will definitely stay here.

Location was central. Bar/food was good and I liked having a Starbucks on site, although, the water in my iced American tasted funny and I went to another local Sbucks. I am not sure why, as I am not from NJ so I thought it may be a local water treatment, etc. Also, restaurant/bar staff were great. Friendlier than the front desk. My room #206 was VERY loud. It wasn't people noise, it was the air conditioning or fans turning on seemingly all the time. I was lucky that I had ear buds with me. I thought it could be due to the generators or compressors immediately outside my window? That was also my view, but it was distracting. When I mentioned to the front desk and asked for a change, she kept referencing that I booked through an outside vendor, and she didn't have other rooms free for me. While she wasn't rude, more politely "cold" it felt dismissive. When I asked for earplugs in the market she said if I didn't see them, she didn't have them.

The AC was broken and room temperature go to 79 degrees. Stuff came once and fixed it after waiting for half hour. It was broken again next morning. Totally not worth the money.

No ac in room room was 80 degrees most of the night and did not offer anything to help about it

Cat from the front desk made my check in very unpleasant. She almost double charged me when I had already paid for my booking. She gave me an attitude and said “oh it’s a third party ok you don’t need to pay” and she didn’t explain anything to me. Not a single thing did she mention about amenities/breakfast, nothing! I very likely will not be staying here again, customer service wasn’t even at the bare minimum. My room was also not clean. Shower had hair and grime. The bed was very comfortable and the only thing I can give a high rating to. Customer service was very disappointing especially when I checked in at 12 am after a long day. Cat or Kat helped me at the front desk and she wasn’t friendly at all. There were other customers of a different demographic which I heard her telling them about their room and hotel, but she didn’t do this with me. She didn’t even tell me where the elevator was located… cleanliness of the room was also pretty gross. Sorry. Nice hotel, but won’t be staying or recommending again
