Physically, everything was nice. But sincerely, the staff was wonderful. Even making alterations to my stay, they were so helpful and accommodating, even on the phone before my stay even started. I have the same convention twice a year, and I will stay there every single time

Front desk was rude and lied a few times, bad communication skills. Pool was dirty, garbadge, hair, leaves, black mold was floating around.

They staff was kind of rude and not very accommodating. The thermometer in my room was put in backwards. So the heat was cool and he cool was heat. At one time is was 77° in my room. The cool would only go down to 65° but the heat would go down to 40

Very small bed for two people to sleep, asked do they have Queen, staff not cared about the guest comfort.

My room was not bad at all but there was no hot water at all, and the air would not really cool down the room. Other than that we had no issues.

Very accommodating staff, great service, and responsive. It’s extremely outdated and our room smelled musty, you could see the wear and tear of the room everywhere.

I have been to this property few times in last 3 yrs . Stay is always pleasant except this time. Property is not well maintained . Had to change room twice both times issue with bathroom and amenities.

Love the location, pricing! Refrigerator was warm. No microwave in room. Shower did not drain properly. Key cards from the previous stay were still in the room. Housekeeping was excellent and friendly!!
