-The location was great. it’s literally next-door to a Wawa and a McDonald’s. -The room was clean and I had no issues with it. -I don’t recall seeing coffee served at breakfast. Maybe I missed it. -Comments on the fitness center are below: Fitness center * part of the bench doesn’t adjust and it should * Water fountain, broken and not usable * Remote for TV did not seem to work. Could not power TV on. * No ability to open the shade on the window * No 10 or 20 pound dumbbells * I enjoyed the artwork and the clock

Staff was great property was very clean breakfast was good. Wawa right across the parking lot and McDonalds a block away. Pretty decent location would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind...I did not ask her name, but the team member ( female) who worked the breakfast area, very nice. The front desk was staff was also helpful. I would say my only complaint is the dryer in the laundry room could use an update...but that is all.

The room I was in had a funky smell but I sort of became nose blind to it. The sink was slow to drain letting water pool when in use that would then quite slowly drain. I think my AC stopped working at some point. Lots of cosmetic issues but otherwise clean room. I did not report any of it though because I just needed a place to sleep and the room fit the purpose. But the staff was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and included so one less thing to think about. Ample parking. Location is great if you need to get to the convention center with a Wawa literally across the street which was great for snacks if you don’t wish to order or have a car to go somewhere for food. Overall, would definitely stay again.

PROPERTY IS OLD. IN ONE BATHROOM WATER WAS DRIPPING IN TOILET TANK. DRIPPING NOICE WAS BOTHRING ALL NIGHT.
