Unfortunately I have to give very bad ratings for this property. First of all, this is not specific to Hilton or this property but to most of the properties in United States, why it is so difficult to smile at your customers? Anyway, bad ratings are not for this reason, bad ratings are for the following. Dirty carpets, elevator smells, in the room, restroom had broken wooden frames which looked very bad and dated. Toilet didn't flush well and when it stopped flushing and when I reported, they sent a lady to hand over the plunger to do it myself instead of maintenance since it was around 9 Am in the morning.

The room was good. But there was some old nail polish particles n crumbs in between the bed n nightstands as if that was overlooked while cleaning? The pool was EXCELLENT (not the biggest)though and a big reason I booked here, it was Super clean and Quiet and stays open till 10pm! The music in the pool area made it very peaceful and relaxing. We very much enjoyed that.

The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the check-in process. The hotel is in a great location, with a gas station and a plaza just a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. There was also plenty of parking available, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great. I had no problem, just wish I could have stayed longer Parking. The lot is not very big so I had to park behind the hotel but I did not have to walk far

The only issue we ran into was noise outside the entrance to the hotel at 2 am. I don't know if it was staff, guests, or other, but they were very loud right outside out window. I chose not to call down to the front desk, but it was still annoying to be woken up at that time of morning.

The room was clean but we needed more towels for the party if 3 in one room; party of four in the other. Staff was helpful. Cookies at the front desk delicious. Breakfast was good. Lots of ample parking.

The hotel was fine. Room was clean. However, in the hallway it smelled really bad. Like feet. And I think it’s from the old carpet they have. Definitely needs a rework
