The hotel itself was fine. Very clean, staff was super friendly. The hot tub was broken and closed without being given a notice ahead of time. Also was unaware that the breakfast had a charge on it so we just left instead in the mornings. The bed was also uncomfortable, always woke up with back pain. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the king.

It was clean and Charlie at the desk was great! There was no TV my last night. I'd appreciate a partial refund for that.

Super inexpensive for a last minute hotel reservation! Good natural light and quiet place to sleep. Pretty old furnishing and not drinkable tap water. Lots of phishing wifis and the hotel wifi goes out occasionally.

staff welcoming. The property needs updating. the tv in my room was from the 90’s so watching tv was out of the question. No channels and the stations weren’t clear. very old furniture

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't argue with the price! It was a little tired looking. Bed was too bouncy but ok once you were in it. Faucet handle in the bathroom was broken, but it got fixed as soon as it was reported.

Good value , Room was quiet and free WIFI was available. Refreshments available for purchase at the front desk. I understand that we were staying a couple of days and for security reasons we picked up our own towels and supplies from the front desk but the room was only serviced once during our 6 day stay. Magnetic key lock not functional and were issued a key instead.

Water bottle is expensive $2, per bottle and sprite is $1, and their is not much items for eating.

The remodel is incredible, I’ve been coming for years for a yearly convention and can’t rave enough what an amazing job they did. Not to mention the staff is always so sweet and helpful. I wish Harold’s would stay open later! lol

The staff was exceptional all around. My room was comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff is on top of everything. Would have liked a sitting area to be outside but not a deal breaker bc there wasn't one.

The location was good.it was clean.bed needs changing,but the bedsheets was very clean. Staff where friendly.

very friendly and close to the hospital so I could visit my relative the tv nor remote worked and this time my room didn't have the refrig had to throw our food away

Ambience No breakfast attached to booking.

Location only Staff is very bad I accidentally left my bag in the lobby area and later when I asked them they flatly refused and showed no concern about my bag.
