The hotel lost power, there was no backup generator, no light, no AC, no Elevator, no breakfast, no help with our luggage from the 5th floor, no water and no refund.

Staff was great .. the only bad thing ..the hotel lost power. We spent the night with out Ac on 100 degree weather .we had to take the stairs up to the 5th floor .

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were awesome! Breakfast was great and staff very kind and helpful.

I enjoy staying here but the rolling chair in the room was broken and the toilet paper holder was poorly placed as it was in the way when you are seated on the toilet. I am always confounded as to why places mount toilet paper holders near the same level as the toilet seat.

One night stay after a late-night arrival at Newark Airport. Quick, easy access from Newark Airport, and good location for next day's departure towards Garden State Parkway. Nice sized and clean rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast is very good. Employess polite and helpful. All good. No negatives to mention.

Rooms were clean, mattress had mattress covers and protectors. Free wifi, fridge, microwave, plentiful parking, located next to walmart, other stores, a lot of restaurants & all within walking distance. The night staff specifically Eric was the most helpful staff member ever. Very respectful & assisted us with a smile. The carpets need to be cleaned and the tubs were poorly painted over with bad caulking. Little things like that make a difference in a stay. Had to get tub mats cause I didnt feel comfortable putting my bare feet in the tub

Stay was pleasant. There is only one chair in the room for two people. Breakfast could have a little more variety.
