Fresh cookies everyday. Great workout room. Clean and quiet room. Staff was helpful. All was good.

The hotel in NOT located at Potomac Mills. It is 5 miles from Potomac Mills and not near restaurants or shopping.

Almost everything about our stay was good. We did not have our room cleaned either day and our AC would not stay on every few hours we would have to turn it down which is worrisome when you have pets in the room. We would return after being out for a few hours and the room would be warm even though it was set to 68 degrees. Other than that the stay was fine. Friendly staff that tried to help in both instances. By the time we returned to the room to realize they hadn’t cleaned, house keeping had already gone home for the day.

Not sure what has happened to Hampton Inn. They used to have the most COMFORTABLE BEDDING. I almost bought the same thing for my home a few years ago. Something has CHANGED. THE BEDS WERE SUPER HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. PLEASE FIX THIS HAMPTON INN. We both had TERRIBLE SLEEP. Everything else was top notch! Breakfast fantastic, parking awesome, safety, etc. great! The beds sucked!

Its very convenient next to the highway, gas station and starbucks. It is very old/dated and was not clean.
