SpringHill Suites by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge

Voyage en famille , arrêt au Springhill durant notre retour vers Qc. Hôtel bien situé , près des services . Les chambres sont grandes ! Toutefois la climatisation faisait beaucoup de bruits, très dérangeant ! La propreté n’était pas A1 mais très supportable ! Le personnel était très gentil. Le dernier petit point négatif était la surcharge pour le stationnement extérieur à 10$ , pas trop compris nous étions au milieu de nul part !

Our king bed suite was a nice size but the air conditioner blew directly at the bed - it was awful! We tried to cover the vents and force the air upward but it was nearly impossible. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very bad break fast. They just say break fast included but nothing was available. Juice machine was empty very poor break fast

The hotel smelled so good every time I walked in. It was nice and clean, but a little worn from wear and tear. Our room had ants, but not many; not enough for me to have to change rooms. All in all, it was a great stay.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and called me a liar when i explained to that the room was already paid for. After several minutes of back and forth she finally realized she was wrong and just said heres your keys with no apology or anything.

Shower issues unresolved for 4 days, moved to a different room and the AC was broken.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. It was pretty quiet and had everything I needed. Just be aware that they do charge an extra 10 dollars to get a parking tag that goes in your car for their parking lot. I thought that was a little ridiculous especially since the parking lot wasn’t even full

Very nice room with very helpful staff, and unbelievable breakfast.

What I didn't like was the tiny lamp lights over the bed did not give a steady stream of light. The lamp light kept flickering. They need more variety with the breakfast choices. The trundle bed I had in my room would not open. Also lastly to pay $10 per night was ridiculous!

Room was dirty and the air condition didn’t work the bath tube didn’t work when they moved us.

As a result, we had to pack up all of our belongings and find another hotel at 1:00 a.m. in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, I am still having to fight for a refund. This was an extremely stressful, unsanitary, and unacceptable experience. The lack of concern for guest safety and comfort was shocking. I would not recommend staying here.
