The tv didn’t work so I called the desk and I was asked if it was the battery ??? Then they said someone come down and we’ll give you batteries. As soon as we walked in and sat in the desk chair the arm fell off

Rooms could use an update

There was doggy park right outside our room, with dogs barking All night long. Will never stay there again, and never recommend it. Not worth the money at all.

What i don't like about the property is, they didn't have Netflix and YouTube channels so pls they should at least add it so kids can enjoy some movies. Thank u. Aside that i enjoy my stay very comfortable.

I have stayed here twice and both times the staff has been amazing and the rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable as well.

They put new towels in the room every day which is great. They also remove the trash. The AC was on and off due to the heat spell. I could hear dogs barking somewhere. My husband loved the breakfast. I never went down, but he was happy with it.

The room was very nice and clean, but the ventilation fan ticked all night and day..it sounded like rain hitting metal. Tje toilet took 4 flushes or more to clear toilet paper.

The room and service was excellent as always. I was sorry to see that you're doing away with the coffee makers in the rooms. It makes it inconvenient when you want to have a cup of coffee.

Location and cleanliness Would have preferred to stay on side near parking lot. Opposite side had a lot of street noise & barking dogs at 6AM when dropped off at doggie daycare. Maybe next time.

I loved the staff here, everyone one was so nice and accommodating. Give them all bonuses!
