The location was fine I guess? Nothing to write home about. On the morning of day 2 we woke up to finding cockroaches. We requested to move rooms. It took about 12 hours to see another one. We again requested to change rooms. The problem persisted into the third room. We were there 5 of our 8 day stay and had still not had any housekeeping done. Frustrations continued to rise and I eventually approached the front desk to personally request new sheets and housekeeping as soon as possible to which the front desk staff, who went from claiming the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday, to then claiming to be the manager, got very defensive and insinuated that we brought the cockroaches in. This sent me. I’m very very clean and traveled from Oregon. We’ve been in our new hotel 5 days and have not seen another one. They ultimately forced a same day check out and charged our card an additional $575. I’d suggest the Quality Inn down the street before I’d convince anyone it was a good idea to stay here. The employees should consider getting real jobs if they’re that pressed to feel important.

Good value, comfortable bed, perfect for an overnight stay

This is a great location if you want to be close to Potomac Mills. It was a safe and quiet location. The shower was great which is usually a common issue with hotels. The room was good. Oddly enough, there weren't many TV channels. Not a deal breaker but weird. The breakfast was not the best. I would stay here again.

My husband I enjoyed staying this hotel for the weekend. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was close to shopping and restaurants and it was a peaceful stay. The hotel was cute and bright and well maintained. Parking was adequate. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

The staff was friendly and professional. My accommodations were excellent. The issue that I had with my television reception was quickly resolved. I would stay here again.

Breakfast many items were all gone. I went back to room with just coffee. 20 minutes later still couldn’t get any eggs or sausage.

Clean, friendly, cheap. It was just okay. The first floor smelled like Marijuana. It's extremely plain, like a cheap AI version of a hotel. The pool was nice.

Clean room. Staff was courteous and friendly. Typical free hotel breakfast. I didn't need more than that.

Plenty of parking and helpful staff.

Staff were pleasant and the room was clean. Only issue was that the room faintly smelled like cigars. But nothing unbearable.

Aria the front desk employee was the best part of my stay. Her attitude, her smile and warm welcome is the only thing that kept me. She needs to train the entire staff to smile and be pleasant. The parking lot is the worse!
