Quality Inn near Potomac Mills

It was okay for a place to stay for one night and to have a quick breakfast next day before getting back on the road.

Most importantly was how awesome and helpful staff is; Robin and kitchen staff where both amazing and made stay warm and welcoming. 5 star hotel no but like I mentioned certainly warm and welcoming.

The hotel me that we stayed in wasn’t maintained correctly. The door for bathroom could not fully close at all, stains inside the fridge and there were some handles on the dresser broken off. The hotel also has no elevator or automatic door opener so if you have a disability that makes it hard to move around this hotel is not right for you.

The impression made upon us from the moment we pulled into the parking lot was that it didn’t match its online photos and was very rundown. The moment you stepped into the building you were assaulted with overwhelming smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was no where in the hallways that you could escape the smell. It was nauseating and headache-inducing. The carpet in the hall was littered with garbage, as if it had been days since they’d vacuumed. Crossing the threshold into our room, we were overwhelmed by an entirely different bad smell, musty, moldy and stale cigarette smoke. Mind you this is a non-smoking room along a non-smoking hallway. The bathroom door didn’t fully close, and you couldn’t even lock the door to help. The shower presented us with mystery stains, grungy seals and a small section of wall was missing between the door & the bathtub. The fridge worked, but definitely gave off an off putting smell. By this point, we were hesitant to even sleep under the covers, forcing us to pick up cheap sheets to cover the beds and shower shoes to avoid walking barefoot on the floors. Mystery splatters covered the bedside lamps. Outlets were missing covers and appeared rather Gerry-rigged to get power strips plugged in. They were definitely pushing how much should plugged into them. The tv worked only about half the time and was fuzzy. Breakfast was a joke, we had a cleaning lady dive in between us and the food to clean up, not even caring we were waiting.

Dirty, nasty, save yourself. Not sure how this place hasn’t been reported to the CDC.

Looks a little rough on the outside but this is actually a nice place to stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable

The shampoo and soap dispenser was hanging precariously on the wall in the shower. The outdoor pool was well maintained; breakfast had many hot and cold selections; and parking was plentiful.

The gentleman who staffed the desk at check-in had no personality. Very nice, seems like he didn't want to be there. Room was clean and breakfast was hot and abundant with a variety of food. Eggs, sausage fruit etc. very good. The staff at breakfast could not have been more helpful. Very personable and helpful. Made sure the food was hot and plentiful. Overall the Hotel was and is an excellent value for any stay. R. M. Walsh

You get what you pay for. Basic breakfast. My main complaint is the pillows had a horrible smell. They smelt dirty. It was hard to sleep.

The staff was so helpful and attentive to my needs. They were compassionate. The room was simple and clean Dior was the night manager and assured me that if I needed anything she was . I am dealing with serious health issues and the staff responded!! I highly recommend. C. Terry
