Hotel staff was very nice. The room was lacking. No outlets near bed. No soap in the shower. No fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was probably the worst we've seen in a hotel.

I’m not a fan of lobbies that smell like Fabuloso cleaner, but at least it was clean! Rooms kind of had that same smell.

Property is somewhat outdated, but our room was very clean, although very noisy, do not get a room with an elevator on the other side of the wall! Desk staff extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was not up to par, very minimal and out of most items before we arrived at 7, needs dramatic improvement. Funny though, as we were checking in we heard a crunch. Some idiot backed out of their parking spot and straight up 50' into an awaiting Ford F350 with a large trailer hitch, didnt fare well for the offending idiot.

No conditioner after shampoo. Big bottle empty. Sticky floor. $40 dog fee wasn't listed - got surprised. Rude lady at checkout - didn't care.

No outlets by the bedside for medical equipment or phone chargers. No extension cords available. No extra pillows. One waffle machine for the entire hotel! Not worth $300/night. Thought I was getting away from Super 8 and Motel 6 staying here... nope, might as well have stayed at one of those.

There was no fan in the washroom which always drives me nuts. The bed was okay and the staff were nice enough. The continental breakfast is simple, but it tasted good. Our room was quiet and well cleaned.

Such a lovely Best Weatern! We have stayed multiple times. Very convenient and close for family visits.

The room and the staff were great. My room was quiet and clean. My only issue was the breakfast set-up. The coffee was outside in the lobby, not in with the food and other beverages, and there was only one waffle station with a long wait.
