Upon a return to the hotel, we had figured out that your guys’s pool and hot tub was not working. That was part of the only reason why I booked with you guys it needs to be stated on your Internet site if that stuff is functional or not wasn’t a good experience

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and fresh. We used the hot tub. That was very relaxing although there was road noise from the nearby freeway. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and courteous. I forgot my pillow when we checked out and they called to remind me. They had it nicely wrapped and ready for pickup when we returned hours later. They provide a good breakfast. This was our second stay. The first was many years ago. We would stay there again.

Nice location in Woodburn. Noise from Interstate was not an issue.

The breakfast was decent, limited variety to start the day. The location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit the Woodburn Premium Outlets. Overall, it was a convenient base for our stay. The room felt somewhat small. The windows were difficult to open, and because they didn't let in much natural light, the room felt quite dark during the day. Better lighting and window maintenance would improve the overall experience.

This was just a one night stay after an event in Eugene. I’m sure the high price wars because of the increase of tourists. Hotel stay was ok. There was a long black hair in the bath tub when we checked into the room and the body wash included in the shower was empty. Walls and doors are thin—you can hear anyone talking, walking (or running!) down the hall. Breakfast was decent and the area was clean.

It was a good service and friendly staff The ceiling vent wasn’t working and some people from other rooms were smoking at the not smoking section, didn’t like that.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was responsive to a concern that I had about noise coming from an adjacent room and addressed the issue swiftly.

Pool was not open which was one of the reasons we chose best western

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast my wife and I have ever had (and we have had a lot of hotel breakfasts).
