La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodburn

Latest stay of several. This is a wonderful location to stay if shopping at the outlet mall or going to the drag racing track. Rooms are decent. The breakfast seems to have come down in quality. Pretty basic stuff and not attended to well as many items were running out.

The room was very nice. My corgi loved staying there!

Needs major upgrade. Kitchen was not clean and nasty. Room smelled really bad.

Good old place to live

Extremely friendly.. Went above and beyond to try and help. You were at capacity so I couldn't change rooms, not your fault.. There was an ejaculation stain on the wall next to me where I slept, I have a picture. When my daughter woke up in the middle of the night she drank ants out of the Arizona tea next to her, I have pictures of that as well.. but the most egregious part is this.. our door would not lock completely, only the top locked that little flim flam piece, The bottom would not lock, I have a video of me trying to lock it.. but you were at capacity so there was nothing I could do. My husband was very irate, two women alone in a hotel, One is only 17 years old. Honestly I've never stayed in a hotel oh this quality through booking. Com. I was disappointed. But the staff was so kind, I feel bad complaining.. we didn't fall asleep until after 5am and had to get up early to return home. We felt unsafe, and dirty. Kathleen Ray

Our room was very clean. All the staff, especially check in and housekeeping were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The dining/kitchen area were clean and inviting. This will be our new favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Oregon.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the front desk was great.

Nasty shower hair on walls I told booking never did anything about it like shower never got cleaned Not much breakfast was poor . Not much selection .. dry cereal waffles scrambled eggs sausage. Hotel needs upkeep falling down

Had a great check in front office staff very welcoming! We were able to swim in the pool which was nice!

The hotel is a bit hard to find

Everything was fine. The hotel is old and could obviously use a face lift; however it was clean and quiet. The toilet in the room "ran" all night and I notified the front desk staff. The staff was kind and respectful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The agent that checked me in was friendly The hotel property is extremely dated, the exterior is run down and it does not get better when you go inside. My room was not only dated but there were numerous things on the floor including food crumbs and a screw? The heater / AC unit was a window unit it was filthy so were the curtains around it and it was noisy you couldn't hear the TV over it. My bathtub looked like something out of the nightmare all of the flooring had peeled off and when you went to pull the tab to turn the shower on the whole fixture comes away from the wall. Very dirty overall and definitely not worth this price point by any means! Also I stay at La Quinta's regularly because I travel with my dog who is a service dog and I was charged $15? Sometimes at La Quinta there is a fee sometimes there isn't but having said it was a service dog I didn't expect to see a charge on there. Overall an extremely disappointing stay I was really counting on the La Quinta brand to provide consistency as most of the La Quinta's I stay in exceed the quality of this place by far.

office staff member Alma was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful Toilet too small. TV hard to operate. Couldn't access volume control. Very difficult to change channels. Pillows very stiff and uncomfortable.
