I had the worst experience talking to somebody in third world country, and I kept asking them and telling them to pass me to somebody in the United States cause I am an American citizen. I have a right.

Floor in room was dirty Hot Tub jets not working and we booked at this place for using hot tub and pool disappointed.

Our room was accessible, there were lots of big spots in the carpet, corner was damaged scrapes in the paint, probably from wheelchairs…pool was green but people were swimming still, but we didn’t. The staff had Friday off, so we didn’t get any room service, our tv was messed up too, we finally got 2 channels. We stayed 3 days, didn’t see breakfast or anything. It wasn’t awful just a little run down. Would probably stay again in a different room.

The front desk was hard to get a person to check us in.

Awful. I was put next to the door to leading outside, it would slam very loudly every time anyone left or entered the building. Made it impossible to get any rest, the remote didn’t work for the tv, the bed was loud and uncomfortable, people were literally doing burnouts in the parking lot, the room was in drastic need of a remodel, the appliances were loud (fan motor on the fridge) the giant “artwork” hanging by the bed does not fit the decor, there was large gaps on the door that allowed light and sound from the hallway in, there was cobwebs in the corners behind the door, I think I left more exhausted than when I checked in. Awful experience.

The only thing I’d say was the water pressure wasn’t the best but other than that it was awesome

The breakfast was a bit skim, otherwise everything is great, especially the staff members.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The building seemed very well maintained. Will be staying here again in the future.

The hotel needs a major update - many things look shabby, need paint, etc. Pool and hot tub needs cleaned - a little green. Jets don’t work in hot tub. Breakfast just okay. Only hot item is an automatic pancake maker.
