TV in the room didn't work, neither did the phone. The pool deck is filthy, wads of hair, gum, dirt and algae. The entire place is falling apart. Bags of trash in the halls, extension cords running all over the place. Everything is broken and run down. We stayed long enough to look around and left and demanded a refund. I did not feel comfortable with my kids here.

The sane trash was in the hallway for two days. The exit door closest to our room had a big step down which was not marked and we almost tripped several times. Our TV did not work almost the whole time. We told the desk clerk and instead of checking on it. She just said it's probably the storm. We had to fix it ourselves.

discount as it took so long and they were not busy The exterior of the building is in horrible shape...needs a total redo. The outside by the parking lot - outside the door where the laundry is....has trash..debris, etc all over the place. Send someone out there with a rake, shovel, broom...!!! Fix up landscape! Our microwave and refrigerator did not work...if there is something we were to do to get them activated we were not told - I think the employee said something to my husband when he checked out about a switch?..but we had no idea. We booked this hotel quickly and did not look around at other options...we so wish we had known there was a Holiday Express right next door and there was another nice looking hotel also... I think you might relocate the ash tray somewhere more remotely...it's right outside the same door I am talking about by the laundry area and employees gather there... find a better spot!! I guess that's it...sorry but this particular location gets no kuddos from us. BEst wishes,

It was relaxing. The room was very clean and kept up very well. The staff were nice, professional an̈d always helpful. The pool, sauna, and fitness area were nice, clean, and maintained. The outside of the building wasn't dirty at all. Overall my experience was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I will be coming back again. Their was an issue with a dog barking but it was cleared up quickly, without any drama or getting staff involved.

The room was exceptionally clean and perfectly made up. Even the towels and washcloths were hung precisely. Bed and pillows comfortable. The front desk staff was congenial and helpful. Location was close to The Ford complex and had a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Occasionally the toilet sounded like water leaking but no leak detected. We did not report this.

Fair price for a great hotel

The room was very large and clean!

The second time we went the food was good, but had to finally get up and ask were they open. No one came out right away to greet us and take our order. Apparently, housekeeping only cleans rooms that are empty. I asked to have the bathroom cleaned and was told she had other rooms to clean, but if she could she would come at the end of the day. I had to go to the front desk everyday to ask for towels. I was told they would be left on the door every day. That DID NOT happen. The front desk staff told me the housekeepers weren't allowed in the rooms and that they had 20 rooms to clean/day. MY observation of the staff was that they spent a WHOLE LOT OF TIME sitting under the trees smoking! Not faulting for smoking habit, BUT if they have time to sit outside and smoke, then seems to me they could clean rooms!

Beds were comfortable. Needs updating. The bathroom door was damaged. Towels thin. On the weekend, it became noisy. Party in room across from us and kids running on second floor till 2 am. Area a little sketchy. Weed smell in hallway.

Our room smelled like an ashtray even though it is supposed to be a non smoking motel. We got a different room but its smell was also pungent. The staff was nice though. I do not recommend this motel.

For an older hotel it was well maintained and very clean. Beds were super comfortable! Great bedding and pillows. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Room was dirty and outdated, holes in the wall and spa tub was in bad shape. Left early because it was so bad
