Best Western Woodhaven Inn

It should be free. Is too expensive. My first room . Phone was not working. Too many bugs. I had to request a second room, that’s never happened to me before. My first time staying at your facility did not go well!

Clean room. Dated hotel. Served our purpose for a long weekend visit with friends.

The coffee maker did not have a pot and it was not Kerig . 4.8/5👍

Overall this hotel is a really good value. I stay when I visit family and friends in Trenton Michigan. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is nice and helpful. Definitely a nice place to stay if you don't need a place that is new with ammenities like a living room area and kitchen. Keep in mind the hotel is much nicer on the inside than it appears from the street. I was pleasantly surprised. Safe area with lots of places to eat and shop!! Printer wasn't working. Not really a big deal.

Our room had a slight cigarette smell, probably because it was a older room that was remodeled.

I do not smoke and specifically booked a non-smoking room. However, hotel staff frequently left the Section D entrance door open, and I saw staff members smoking nearby several times. I disliked having to walk through cigarette smoke every time I entered or left the hotel. A non-smoking room does not help when guests must pass through smoke to access the building. When I checked in, I had slept only about two hours and had a busy schedule the next day, so I did not immediately notice the significant fruit fly problem in my room. After I reported it, staff moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had fruit flies, although fewer than the first. Because I encountered fruit flies in both rooms, I did not feel comfortable eating at the hotel restaurant and worried the problem might extend beyond the guest rooms. There were some positives. I liked the room layout, which suited my needs, and I appreciated the amenities, especially the sauna. Unfortunately, the cigarette smoke and fruit fly problems made this a very unpleasant stay. Since I visit Michigan regularly and have stayed at many properties, I would not choose to stay here again.

Somebody stole my card from the bar and then used it to pay for this room. I wish I was kidding
