The rooms are always nice at this hotel. The staff. My power went out on July 3, 2026. I booked a room for the weekend. I completely understood that it was the holiday and other people's power was out. The staff that I called the morning of July 4 was RUDE. VERY RUDE. I did not get her name but she was African American and she worked the morning into the afternoon of July 4, 2026. There was no reason to be as nasty as she was. Everyone was stressed. The workers due to your hotel being at capacity and the patrons because the power was out in this area. Her attitude was completely unacceptable.

My overall stay was great.. I’m very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom tub should have been cleaner.. I always bring cleaning supplies to ensure my comfort of cleanliness, upon cleaning it was obvious that mopping and additional cleaning should have been done.. But from the naked eye it was clean. The staff was overall nice and friendly. I enjoyed the free happy hour, breakfast option and other amenities.. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. I felt safe and that’s also very important.

What a beautiful hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was really clean. The breakfast area was restocked and neatly maintained as many guests were enjoying their morning meal. Definitely would stay there again.

Booked a room for my parents during a power outage. I appreciate the staff who did such a fantastic job under difficult circumstances. Vicki at the front desk was helpful and kind while holding a multitude of things and people together.

An excellent stay with clean room, helpful staff and decent breakfast. We would stay here again on any occasion to be in the area and highly recommend it to others staying in the area.

It was clean and new First of all I was double charged for my room, which I'm still trying to get resolved!! The desk clerk said she fixed it, but she didn't so now I'm having to go thru my credit card company! Secondly, the bed was like sleeping on a rock. We both tossed and turned all night because our shoulders, ribs and hips were hurting. Thirdly, the location of the tv being on the side wall instead of in front of the bed hurt your neck to watch tv.

Clean, open. Beds were comfortable. It was difficult to open and close the shades due to positioning of the bed and desk

I wish I would’ve called ahead to know they accepted pets, my fault, but it wasn’t listed on here. Property was amazing and amenities were fantastic.

Hotel was very clean and well decorated. Ambiance was great. Pet friendly. Grills and nice patio. Pool is big, but no hot tub. Has adult only hours 9pm-11pm. Snack bar and conveniently located near gas station, stores and restaurants.

No breakfast staff didnt show up

Good location, with very spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed with two types of pillows. All the room amenities were great. Sunday breakfast is from 7 am. I had to leave early and I wanted to grab something to eat, but the breakfast area was still closed at 7:10 am. Previous night multiple people inquired about having breakfast earlier than 7, and I was expecting breakfast at least being on time if before 7 was not possible.
