it was a nice place.

Only issue i had with staff was as listed. Upon arrival the front desk clerk looked up my travelocity reservation and immediately refused to honor the reserved rate. Does not relect well in them or travelocity.

Clean room. Breakfast amazing, friendly staff, the Jacuzzi suite is beautiful and there is a nice pool, hot tub and fitnesss center also free cookies and nice coffee makers all day coffee and free WiFi it’s Amazing do it!

We had a great stay while in town visiting family. The location was an easy drive from DTW and super convenient to all the food and amenities you’d need. The hotel was quiet and room was very clean. Every staff member we came across was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and just enough to start a busy day. We will definitely use this again hotel on our next trip.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a while. Everything was fresh, well stocked, and there was a nice variety of options for both kids and adults. The dining area was also clean, which I always appreciate. The pool was definitely on the colder side, but once you got in it was refreshing. The hot tub made up for it and was relaxing after a long day of traveling. One thing I really loved was that the pool stays open late. We arrived later than expected, and it was nice that the kids could still enjoy some pool time when many other hotel pools would already be closed. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sheets felt cozy, the mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were actually good (which is rare at hotels!). The in-room jacuzzi was a highlight for us, the jets were strong and it was perfect for unwinding. A couple of little touches made the stay even better: they had a welcome station in the lobby with fruit-infused water and complimentary cookies. It was a simple thing, but it made us feel welcomed right away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. 5/5 stars!

Location, comfort of the room, The fact that I had to go and ask for a proper remote control to the TV, mount was broken. Would not function properly, front desk staff cannot tell me how to get a program guide on the TV. They weren't knowledgeable enough about the TVs.

My kids loved the pool area very clean and the front area had fresh cookies and water containers with lemon slices one day and then orange slices so refreshing coffee bar awesome great breakfast nice maid service Would definitely recommend and return

Wasn't worth the price room was outdated
