We found our front desk check in clerk so helpful and friendly. She was amazing. The fresh cookies in the lobby were just an added benefit to a wonderful stay.

Because I checked in late in the evening, they offered late check-out. I didn’t need it, but it was nice to know. Super friendly staff.

Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, awesome pool and Jacuzzi and decent little workout room! Our room was very nice, exactly as pictured. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was really good, endless chocolate chip cookies was a bonus! Would highly recommend!

Comfy beds, good breakfast pool was non working (no lights) but they let me in anyway. Chainging room was locked, i had to change near the pool in the dark and while i was changing some family with small children arrived.

Hotel could use some updating especially in the rooms. Everything was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast was just okay nothing special food kind of tasteless with the exception of the bacon that the kids ate a ton of. Front desk staff at both check in and check out two different people we're kind of rude. All I wanted was a statement for the exact amount that they charged my card including the extra $250 hold. But for some reason they could not provide what they had physically charged my card on the machine.

Air, fridge, big screen tv great bathroom and shower. Free breakfast but We only utilized the coffee and some free chocolate chip cookies- warm- yum! Staff was courteous and helpful anytime we engaged with them, Easy access to freeway in the areas we were visiting. All and all a very good stay!

The bed was so hard I woke up achy every day. The walls are so thin. I could hear the neighbors alarm clock that they left running for 10 minutes. Plus, you could hear them walking around in their room. I had difficulty getting the closed caption to work in the tv and after three attempts with different remotes the staff finally gave me the correct remote. The shower floor felt slimy. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I booked a room with roll in shower. I called holiday Inn about 2 pm to let them know we will be checking in about 10 pm. Very friendly, I will make a note of that,. We get there and the king size room for handicapped shower is not available due to mechanical issues. We got 2 seperate beds. So with a tub shower, it was same as no shower for us. Very sad. They should have called us and told us that what we booked was not available. No handicap facility that I booked and paid for. We need our money back. We went for a funeral nearby and was stuck in a room with not being able raise our legs over the tub to get in the shower.

Property was clean, the room was pretty clean as well. Even with me cleaning upon arrival of course I barely noticed anything but of course I had to add my razzle dazzle. Only 2 complaints is the ceiling fan in the bathroom was very loud. And the toilet was “running” when I walked in.

The breakfast wasn't that good.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice, beds very comfortable, shower heads are very nice. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very well stocked and food was well prepared. We will definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay for our weekend touring the Henry Ford Museum. The breakfast was great and the coffee wonderful to start our day!
