Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Woodhaven by IHG

I really enjoyed our stay here. Many things were positive but the most outstanding was the staff. They are friendly, helpful and create a welcoming environment.

TV didn't work, Staff bleh, Smelled like chlorine on the 3rd floor. Room loud from hwy traffic.

Overall the property is as advertised, the staff is nice, the breakfast is good, and the cookies readily available were incredible.

Hotel was very clean and I have no complaints! The staff was friendly and very helpful/good communication. Breakfast was hot and ready on time! Loved the breakfast area seating it had lots of natural light. Pool and hot tub were a definite plus. Everyone was respectful and hotel vibe was chill and quiet! Would stay there again for sure!

Good location. Beds were way too soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room was clean, pool and hot tub were great, and breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff were not friendly and outside smoking very often. They also charged a very large incidentals fee due to using third party booking. Expect to pay around what you paid for the room as a hold for incidentals. Takes a while to be returned as well we are still waiting. Beyond those two issues the hotel is very nice. Doors need to be more sound proof you could hear a lot of noise in hallways as we were close to the elevator. Highway traffic was also constant at tonight we had to get some white noise into the room. Beds are comfy, showers are hot!

Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day. So while I'm at the house setting up generators and extension cords, one of the managers came down to the room to have my family leave at noon. They couldn't figure out what was going on u til I had to come back and explain it. It was just a stressful weekend and this didn't help.

Our stay was unexpected. Our power was out I stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed my stay so we chose your hotel. Having breakfast available every day was wonderful. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool every moment they were there. Thank you!

Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint.

Very updated, and loved the jetted tub in the room! How much I could hear my neighbors.
