Great stay and buffet breakfast was excellent

From the second we walked in the staff was so rude… We got to our room and our toilet wouldn’t flush, and the only help they provided was to hold down the handle longer… There was mold all over our bathroom mat… And then the air conditioner squeaked all night long… I asked if we could switch rooms and because we booked through Expedia they kept saying they could not change the reservation… I did not want the reservation changed. I wanted a clean room & working toilet… the next morning there were more than five people waiting on Coffey and when a lady asked if she could grab it out of the back room the lady in charge of breakfast told her she would get it in a minute and continued having a laughing conversation with the woman at the front desk… I canceled my reservation and checked out of the room and there have been four attempts on my end to speak to a manager, and he has never in… Waiting on Expedia to be able to get a hold of them and they are having trouble also… 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place

I had a very clean room and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and it included sausage, potatoes, and eggs daily! Perfect for me.

Location was great, it was quiet, and clean.

First, let me say the staff at this hotel was amazing. I gave it four stars because of the amazing staff and the effort they put into trying to make our stay comfortable. It is an older hotel so the decor definitely needs updating…, the rug was worn down bad. The bathroom is outdated as is the furniture in the room. The one thing that I did not care for was the odor as as you entered into the room. I don’t know if it was from their cleaning supplies or a musky smell.

Worn out facility. Housekeeping is only every 3 days. Expensive when you have to clean your own bathrooms at $150 a night.

Nice place, only an overnight visit but could easily stay longer. Good Mexican restaurant at corner recommended by the receptionist.

Stayed here numerous times over the years, now run down and mediocre at best, room smelled, don’t think carpets cleaned for several years, will not stay here again

This is the best staff in the business. They treat everyone like family. Couldn’t rate them high enough.

The location is great! Close to the places we needed to be It’s a little dated! Would require some renovations and new furniture.

Very convenient to where I needed to be each day ! The man in the morning at front desk when I left was very kind and nice ,, man my check out experience very nice,, The lady with blonde hair and long lashes that checked me in was very sweet!!

Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road.

We checked in late around 9 pm and the rooms ac was not working. The front desk advised to unplug and reset the ac. It did not work. A man come to fix the unit and he sat on the bed with jeans that had holes in the back. This was very unsettling. The ac did not work. They switched us to another room that smelled of cigarettes. We decided to stay in the room with no ac because we were told we would not get a refund even though the smaller room was less money. The room was very uncomfortable even with one unit working. The bedroom was not.
