Helen was such a sweetheart when I checked in. Hotel was cleaned and as a single traveler I felt safe.

Staff was great and easily accommodating to our needs. Room was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. Price was perfect, especially considering the same hotel 15 miles down the road was much more. I would use agin.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. I brought my own pillows. I don't care for most hotel pillows. There all too small and too soft for my liking. But other than that, everything was good. We've stayed there our last two trips.

The price was good and the included breakfast was decent. The air conditioner in our room was quite loud and took at least eight hours to cool down and begin working properly.

The hotel stunk and the towels and bedding smelled very musty. Had to go to the front desk twice to get the room keys reactivated. Would not stay there again.

Great location, you couldn’t hear traffic noise yet it was close to major roads. Free parking.

The hotel was nice, clean and easily accessible. The staff were not very friendly at check in or checkout.

The air conditioning in our room did not work; it took no humidity out of the air The front desk attendant said the system was new, and working perfectly. She was not rude; but not helpful at all. We lived with it as best we could, if felt like a cold swamp.

We ended up missing breakfast (we usually never get to sleep in) and the day we checked out we had bfast plans. I only booked this hotel because it said a hot tub was available. I took two screen shots proving I wasn’t crazy. When I asked the clerk working the desk how late it was open, she looked at me like I had four eyeballs. She could’ve been nicer, but I get it. It was 11 pm and you’re working. I have permanent nerve damage so need to either submerge in hot tub or hot water every evening. The tubs were rounded so I couldn’t even comfortably lay in the tub. The beds were firm. I didn’t mind it, my husband was not a fan. The pillows were weird, almost felt like laying on a balloon that wouldn’t deflate. Def would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known there wasn’t actually a hot tub. Def won’t be back. If the description was actually accurate.
