There was no breakfast at this location. The location itself was great. The staff was awesome. I don't like the fact that you can't have pets of any kind I understand that cats and dogs are a bite much. But I had a pet turtle that I had to get rid of because you accept no pets of any kind. And my pet turtle was in a tank just like a fish crazy i would like to see you change that

A lot of people outside without room apt night. No cleaned up none day. No issue paper available in the room. It was terrible.

Convenient being able to cook if I needed to cook have enough room in the room enough space it was nice. It is nice. Still staying here. Maybe if it feels a little bit cheaper would be better

Totality of stay was awful, rude management, horrible attitude, smelly room, wasn’t paid deposit back, and no service to room not one day

No breakfast Every thing was great!

The manager was awful and unprofessional Very cut and dry Raised her voice to talk to me and refused her self to listen to me! I was overcharged on my credit card! She charged me more than the internet for reservation and I just asked her to match price. She said: go to the app Just like that!

Also nothing that was advertised was in the room. No pots, no utensils, coffee machine. The towels were rough.

The location. It’s near grocery stores, shopping areas and restaurants. I was over charged. What is advertised is not 100% true, pictures say pots and pans are in the room which isn’t true. The room comes with NOTHING not even a fork and cup. The bed was super soft and uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean and the towel situation was weird.

Car parking, easy access from car park, helpfulness of staff, comfort, heating, cleanliness, bath & shower - all excellent. Because there is an oven/hob and fridge, we expected there to be some cooking utensils/crockery/cutlery. We had to buy these items in order to have our own breakfast in the room. Although this wasn't really a problem for us. It may be worth pointing out for future guests who may not understand this when booking.

Stiff couch and bed. Toilet seat loose.

No breakfast Someone stole my all set of pots brand new and when I’m report to the office she says no one was in my room but all de sheets and pillows cases was been removed. Then I m trying to call them back and nobody answered. Very upset!!

Cons: they don’t replace toilet paper and you can’t bug any from them. They don’t clean your towels

I like most all extended stays because they have a small kitchenette for preparing your own food. I definately did not like the process by which my reservation was handled. I booked about a month in advance with Book.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I booked was no longer available but another room similiar to that one was available for $13.00 more. I had been on the road 12 hours to get to the hotel. At first the hotel manager wanted me to cancel my reservation with Book.com and rebook the available room with them. I protested that it was not Book.com's fault they gave away the room and that I was too tired and exhausted to do what she was requesting. So she relented and made the transaction for me, which I feel she should have been done anyway and without costing me any more money either. However, I am so grateful a room was available.

I liked leaving I didn't like the constant intrusion by maintenance wanting to fix some mysterious water leak

Unfortunately the walls a very thin, and if you get people who are being loud, like we did it is very unpleasant. We were kept up all night because our neighbor was watching TV all night long very loudly.
