I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean upon arrival, and customer service was poor. The front desk staff was unfriendly.

Important: there is ONE washer and ONE dryer that ONLY take quarters! It’s 2026 and you can not use a card for this! Of course lobby runs out of quarters quickly. And machines are always in use. This is important to note if you are there for a multi day tournament.

Front desk lady was very nice. The actual breakfast was ok. Courtney, who worked in the breakfast area was fantastic. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. She actually got us some aluminum foil and freezer bags so we could take our leftover pizza home with us. We’ll come back to the hotel because of her great customer service
