Everything was great!

Great staff

The worker handling breakfast was very sweet and friendly. Hot tub didn't work. Keys didn't work. Spilled water on a blanket and was told by staff that there were no replacements. Had to sleep with a wet blanket. Staff was either rude or dismissive.

The hotel smells good, looks good, and the beds are great to sleep in. Breakfast is on point and the staff is friendly are ready to help. 😊

We have stayed there often and the rooms have been very clean and comfortable at a price that's reasonable. The staff is always friendly. Compared to other stays the breakfast food was lacking some and not well stocked. The accessories and condiments needed cleaning and refilled.

When I paid it from online. The lady gave me key card. I went in the room and it’s too much chemical and got sick within 5 minutes. I asked the lady I don’t want the room and refund. She said no. I explained it to her about the room. She said sorry. I only stayed 5 minutes in the room. I left. Worst room !

Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked me verbally and I’ve yet to get refunded so don’t whatever you do don’t do it you should be able to relax, breathe, clean air and not be bullied for having a need. Don’t make a mistake and book at these hotels. Waco is the worst because it’s now an international location for visitors, and if you book on their app, you’re gonna get the bottom of the barrel of rooms.

We booked last minute during Baylor Graduation with no problem!!! Arrived late had to wait about 10 minutes customer ahead of us had issues and clerk was doing her best to accommodate. Check in and out was smooth. Air conditioning was on point we were exhausted and hot, turn a/c to 64 with no problems. Beds were very comfortable and pillows excellent and I’m a picky pillow person. My only problem was the mirrored closet doors reflected the bathroom light. Overall at 10!!!!

Value was the best I think maybe the AC unit may need to be clean. Due to the unpleasant oder coming from it.

Couldn’t tell if anyone really bothered to clean the room before I checked in. There was dried up fries on the floor, the bathroom sink had a leak and water was all over the countertop. The closet doors were barely hanging on and could be moved. The king mattress had huge divots and the sofa sleeper was horrible. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t come in once. I had to go get my own clean towels, my own coffee replacement, and take out my own trash. This was most definitely NOT worth the money.

Staff was hard working and kind. While we were there, however, police has blocked off access to our room. Someone got hurt on the construction of the renovation taking place.
