The staff were cheerful, friendly, & helpful. The breakfast was basic but fresh, including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, waffle station, cereal. The room was clean, the mattress seemed to be springy, not higher end. The room had been cosmetically refreshed but not professionally, i.e. light fixture replaced but you could see the holes and old paint discoloration where the old one had been. Overall we had a pleasant stay. At the price point it was a decent value.

This facility needs updating. Lots of peeling paint and stained carpets. Breakfast could not even be considered luke warm.

Our assigned room had a faulty air conditioning unit, making it extremely hot. However, the front desk was incredibly accommodating and promptly changed us to another room with a functioning AC unit. Unfortunately, the new room had blood stains on the floor, bugs (daughter had bug bites and felt them crawling in her on the pull out couch), and loud slamming noises in the hallway. Due to these issues, I will not be staying at this hotel again. I was traveling with my two daughters for a baseball showcase, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was extremely nice even the cleaning crew, but it doesn’t change the facts.

I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Sunday. Upon arrival, the middle aged woman at the desk was just rude. When I asked her about the room deposit, she grew more hostile and said that’s why the sign was on the desk, but I am a completely blind individual. I had someone there clearly helping me, and I use a white cane, so it was apparent. On Saturday morning, before we left for the day, I called the desk and asked them if they would give us clean towels and if they would change the linen on one of the beds because one of the children had an accident. When I got back that night, nothing had changed. I called the front desk, and the woman that was there told me there was no one to change the sheets at that time, and suggested that I did it myself. I told her that I was visually impaired, and asked for her manager’s telephone number since the manager was not on site either. The receptionist told me she would call her manager and see what they said could be done. It took about 15 minutes, but the receptionist came to our room herself and put fresh sheets on the bed, but said there were no other blankets available. She did not even take the towels like I asked her, my 7 year old son ended up taking the dirty towels out and bringing new ones in. I am 38 years old and I’ve never been told to change my own bedding at a hotel, and the customer service left much to be desired. I will not be staying here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel smells good, looks good, and the beds are great to sleep in. Breakfast is on point and the staff is friendly are ready to help. 😊

We have stayed there often and the rooms have been very clean and comfortable at a price that's reasonable. The staff is always friendly. Compared to other stays the breakfast food was lacking some and not well stocked. The accessories and condiments needed cleaning and refilled.

When I paid it from online. The lady gave me key card. I went in the room and it’s too much chemical and got sick within 5 minutes. I asked the lady I don’t want the room and refund. She said no. I explained it to her about the room. She said sorry. I only stayed 5 minutes in the room. I left. Worst room !
