Instead, the front desk employee simply told me that the hotel had been overbooked and that there was no room available for me. She showed no empathy, offered no apology, no alternative, and simply walked away. What makes this even worse is that no one called, texted, or emailed me to let me know my reservation would not be honored. If the hotel had notified me in advance, I could have booked another hotel before arriving. Instead, after driving all day, I was left searching for a place to sleep late at night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A confirmed reservation should actually mean something. Leaving an exhausted guest stranded at 11:00 PM with no room and no prior notice is completely unacceptable. I expected professionalism and basic customer service, but received neither. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Peaceful and safe to stay

When I got there was greeted by a nice lady, after inspecting my room noticed my bathtub was messed up and the bottom was all broken out. Gave me towels n said to stand on them….. yeah that’s wild

Needed a place for the weekend to visit family so wasn't in the room much so prove point was awesome... breakfast was limited and the bed was uncomfortable but room was clean and it worked for what we needed

Room was very dusty on Surfaces, air conditioner was leaking the entire time. The water in the shower didn't get hot just like warm

Had a amazing stay very comfortable environment highly recommend and nice staff shout out to gigi she was so much help and such a hard worker, overall had a safe good experience

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast has a little bit more available than many other hotels (you know the ones I’m talking about, who only put out coffee and granola bars, maybe fruit if you’re lucky)…

The stay was great Nothing

WHAT BREAKFAST? night desk clerks attitude. no stop talking about herself. she thought the "return guests" were there because she was the attraction.

The room was not ready when I arrived and I waited for little over 1 hour. The room had an old carpet smell and there was not a working ice machine.

Location Better maintenance on the bedroom, bathroom extractor is not working, a roach ? was in the bedroom.

THERE IS NO BREAKFAST HERE AT THIS HOTEL...THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH COFFEE MADE AND THE NUTRIGRAIN BARS SERVED WERE OLD AND IN CRUMBLES.

The location The room was not supposed to be rented out the toilet didn't work and the tub had a huge crack it wasnt usable
