For a one night stay I would definitely recommend it and would stay again. We only had a brief interaction with Alethea at the front desk but she was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy as well. It was close to lots of good places to eat as well as being very close to Ascension Providence Hospital.

The Asian lady, I believe her name was JiJi, was super sweet and attentive. My bed was sunken in so bad you'd think Gilbert Grape's mom died in it.

I stayed at this property 8 previous days and was good. This last 4 days were less than desirable. The room was not maintained. The bathtub has a huge crack in the bottom. Someone can easily cut themselves in the cracks and easily fall. There were also considerable amount of roaches in the room. In addition the sheet was dirty either a stain or blood.

Great staff and a great location for our purposes. BUT, the room smelled like cigarettes and we hate that smell. The tub was in bad shape, and we had some bugs. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

We had booked our stay and when we arrived it smelled like weed in the facility. We waited 15 minutes at the desk before the worker came from outside. She then told us that they had cancelled the reservation due to over booking and my card was still charges after they canceled us. The worker was super rude and not helpful.

One and only elevator was out of order. Large dip in the floor in the room that was a hazard. Door keys deactivated almost immediately after being made.
