Motel 6 Woodway, TX

Pleasant

The vacancy at the time. The room and the smell of the room and the hallway.

Disappointing

First off do not believe the photos that the hotel posts. If you get a King Non-Smoking you'll get a King Smoking room with rather empty furnishings. The key takeaway here is that the photos are not what you get.

Exceptional

Relaxing

Being asked to leave even though I told them I had small dogs only after making some complaints about the room. Bathroom door wouldn't close and lock on it was broke my elderly mother and husband both almost fell in shower nothing to grip on inside and I asked for a disability room. Wall was covered by something like juice or something. Floors were scraped up pretty bad but didnt complain due to having dogs. Was supposed to stay a week

Asked for downstairs they said they had none put us 2nd floor an Room smelled bad like mold or something and the hallway I couldn’t get smell to go away then I asked for a refund because I have a newborn an kids an they refused they gave us downstairs room and middle of the night the smell came to that room as well bad .

Staff was very helpful & kind. Couple of roach like bugs that didn’t bother me any, might others so I’m just reviewing honestly. I would stay again, no question.

Air conditioning in room 102 was terrible ....staff not helpful at all

Very good

Service was only thing really good Everything else tucked i deserve a free stay voucher or half off a room

Very nice. The air-conditioning was perfect. Thank you for caring.

Roaches in my food and in my bed

Love staying here when I’m in town

Great place to stay no regrets

The manager is kind of a jerk. It’s like he hates to answer any questions. Room & properly were clean. Very little breakfast offerings. It was ok for $58/night.

Friendly clean and no drama No pool.

Will not be staying here again.

Good
