The property was clean and appropriate. The room was larger than I expected and it fit exactly what I needed for my trip on the way to South Padre. No complaints.

The only downside to this visit was the pool was closed for renovations. Otherwise a great place to stay. We’ve been multiple times.

Fitness center was better than expected; liked the water machine and availability of bottled water; breakfast staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Not a fan of corned beef hash, otherwise breakfast was good! Room didn't have soap-had to ask front desk (not a big deal).

No pool, due to renovation. The water pressure is pure garbage and useless. Super slimey feel and you feel like you need to rinse off after rinsing off. Water pressure in the toilets is non existent. The breakfast is very basic, but not cooked well, and the people tending to it have ZERO care in maintaining it. In fact, one was on the phone texting more than paying attention. Second time staying here, will be VERY hesitant to come back.

Our room had a poor smell to it and the sofa needed to be cleaned. Appears as if a prior guest had a pet with them. The pool was closed so that was a little disappointing. Overall, the stay was ok. I’m sure the small issues we had are easy corrections.

You charged me TRIPLE RATE because the big university in town had a graduation event. Double would have been bad enough, but triple was mean & disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only problem was the pool was not operational during our 3 day stay. But the did give us arm bands for the local YMCA

This hotel lives up to the ratings it has. Great hotel, clean, lighted parking lot, hospitable staff. I will definitely stay there again.
