The Hope Hotel and Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center

As with any hotel, new bedding would go a long way. Otherwise, I can't think of a better place to stay if you're just in town for a couple of nights.

Very dated hotel. Fisrst room had an air conditioner with an annoying rattle and a musty smell. We asked for another room and we were accommodated by a friendly clerk. Second room also smelled musty but not as bad. AC was fine. The carpet appeared to be relatively new. However the room door wouldn’t close properly and had to be forced to close. We left the property for a family event and returned 6 hours later. It had rained and the outside temp was very hot and humid. Upon entering the room it now smelled more musty. It was difficult to sleep in a room that smelled so bad. But it was only one night and was relatively inexpensive. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Just very dated. There was no body wash in the dispenser and no bar soap available. The shower controls were also very loose and should be replaced. I would not stay at the Hope Hotel again unless it is completely renovated. I don’t understand how this hotel achieves a very good rating on Expedia. I guess you get what you pay for. I expected much better.

It’s a nice hotel at a decent price

Air-conditioning vent was loose and rattling, made a lot of noise. Restaurant and bar were both good and the staff was nice.

Older hotel but well maintained. Very good value for price.

Menu at restaurant was a little limited. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were excellent. The mattresses were a little firm for my liking. Counter staff could not have been better. Extremely helpful and courteous . Parking was good and access was good.

The rooms were not clean and the hotel is in disrepair. The elevator is scary.

The hotel was easy to find and close to the National Air Force Museum. Great night’s sleep. Although the breakfast was 9.00, it was very much worth it. Will stay again!

Old building that they've tried to update. Not very clean, earwigs in bathroom. Old, noisy air conditioner, hall carpets worn and dirty. Not worth the 6 mile drive from highway

The hotel is a bit run down but the front desk and breakfast staff couldn't be better.

Buffet breakfast was great Rooms seemed to be run down from our last visit a few years ago. Toilet not attached to floor. Soap dispenser fell off the wall.

Hotel is old and needs a major upgrade. Plumbing, walls, etc. The restaurant was good.

A very simple but clean setup. Thes restaurant on site had a small menu but the food was good. Check in and checkout was quick.
