Check-in was efficient and personable. The room was a disabled riverview room on the first floor. The bed was very low to the floor and very soft (think sink in). The bathroom was clean but needed some love. The 'river view' was blocked by a bush and since it was a first floor room the view was more bank than river unless you looked sideways. Breakfast was average: make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt, etc. Overall, underwhelmed and won't be returning.

I stayed at Baymont for 2 weeks while waiting for my home to be ready. The rooms were great, the staff was great. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast set up.

Rooms are clean, very comfy bed! What absolutely brings me back to this hotel is the fact that every room faces the river which is gorgeous! Great location. Blocks away from downtown. Will definitely be back.

Nice river view, pretty and clean pool and hot tub. Great little restaurant next door They charge for pets. I get it, but it makes it expensive for folks on a budget and I have 2 small dogs.

Beautiful view. Walking path close by! Freeway close. Clean We found the beds to be too firm, so our sleep wasn’t as good as we hoped.

Pretty quiet and reasonable rates. (Seems to be one ice machine and one elevator always out)

The river location. Bathroom is substandard; extremely low toilet from the floor. exhaust fan does not remove humidity or odors. Noise transference from the room above. Breakfast was substandard. The ice machine was not working.
