Had an awful experience with Hotels.com but the staff at Triple play were amazing at helping navigate me through it and did everything they could to help us and make sure we had the best stay. Will most definitely be back.

Generally clean and comfortable. Someone in the room above mine paced back and forth with leaden feet in the middle of the night. Should be better insulated to muffle sounds.

Property sits by itself. Clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Negative is the walls are not “ soundproof” as the site mentioned. Woken up at midnight and six am hearing next rooms conversation , word for word. Other than that , stay was good . Walmart is a couple minutes away and close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly! The property was clean and in an easy location. The room was really nice but definitely could have been a little cleaner. We will definitely stay there again if needed.

The room I stayed in was sooo comfortable and homey, as well as a great view of the sunset over the mountains from the window. The windows slid open and closed which I’ve never seen at a hotel before, pretty cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a thing wrong about the property during my stay, it was just that fantastic.
