We always stay here with our 2 kiddos when we come to Yakima. Very clean, great parking situation, and the pool is great.

Best stay in a long time, only issue was screaming kids in the pool and hot tub. Wish there were adult hours… it’s the whole reason we booked. Luckily they were not there in the morning.

Good location, clean and quiet. Comfortable king bed. Excellent kitchen manager prepared food to order for pickup. Could not get the television to work properly with the remote

The bed and pillows were very comfortable We paid $15 per person extra for their breakfast which was advertised as a sit down menu breakfast. It was a Continental and they didn't have any food out. We were told repeatedly at 9:30 that there was only 20 minutes left and we needed to hurry. My husband asked for juice since it was empty and she said she didn't want to put it out since they were in a hurry to be done. We could have eaten somewhere nice for that price. They also advertise all over the hotel a great breakfast when in fact it is just a crappy Continental. It should have been included for the price of the rooms. We should not have been rushed either. The pool was also very cold and smelled terrible. Like stinky feet and chlorine. There were no towels at the pool either. We travel often andi usually like the Holiday Inn, but I would not suggest the one in Yakima to anyone, ever.

Room was decent, features are old and design is outdated. Definite sign of ware and tear. Staff was ok, demeanor was standoffish and not welcoming. Restaurant hours are inconvenient. Bed was comfortable, and gated parking with hotel entrance was convenient and appreciated.

It was nice and clean The key card for our room never worked twice, we had to go down and went through no less than 5 cards during our stay. It sounded like there were street races at night and my sister’s room had cheap mini blinds and couldn’t block out the light.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. During checkin, the front desk was polite and helpful. Also, the kitchen stayed open to accommodate dinner for our large party after our girls’ softball games. The food was delicious, and the server, Bianca, was wonderful.
