We always stay here with our 2 kiddos when we come to Yakima. Very clean, great parking situation, and the pool is great.

Best stay in a long time, only issue was screaming kids in the pool and hot tub. Wish there were adult hours… it’s the whole reason we booked. Luckily they were not there in the morning.

They are running a scam at the front desk (the woman with the spider web face tattoo). We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, because we have 2 young kids. When we checked in the front desk said they said they only had rooms with a bed and pullout couch bed. We said that would work and paid. When we got to the room it didn’t have a pullout bed for kids. Just one single bed for four people. Went down to front desk immediately and told them it wouldn’t work and asked for refund (we’d been there 10 minutes). The lady blamed her manager for the room issue and refused to give a refund. Said we could make it work or leave. So we proceeded to drive 5 hrs home and they kept $180 of our money and then probably rented the same room out to someone else. They don’t give you the room you booked and they don’t refund you. BEWARE.

Room was decent, features are old and design is outdated. Definite sign of ware and tear. Staff was ok, demeanor was standoffish and not welcoming. Restaurant hours are inconvenient. Bed was comfortable, and gated parking with hotel entrance was convenient and appreciated.

It was nice and clean The key card for our room never worked twice, we had to go down and went through no less than 5 cards during our stay. It sounded like there were street races at night and my sister’s room had cheap mini blinds and couldn’t block out the light.
