The employees were super friendly and helpful. Wait staff in the bar and restaurant were phenomenal. Outside of the hotel’s control, the amount of homeless and transients were astronomically high. It was quite scary to leave the hotel or walk down the street to nearby restaurants or venues. Not really the hotel fault, but location is really sketchy

Loved the location next to Ummelina. Parking garage was dark and the exit was hard to find. Signage needs improvement.

I know I booked through a third party but it still would have been nice to know that there was underground secure parking and that there was a charge for parking.

The hotel was very accommodating for our sweet golden puppy. We love that a small park was right across the street, so it is easy to take him for a walk. The bartender was friendly and quick to serve. Checkin was a breeze too. My husband and grandson loved the breakfast in the morning too especially the omelet station.

With how much you charge, bfast should be included. I usually stay at Marriott but they were fully booked. Their room rates are cheaper but they include bfast. -bfast not included - furniture in room is battered - front desk got check in information mixed up. Gave my drivers license. Drivers license was very clear what my last name is. Receptionist literally just has to read LAST NAME: xxxx and type that. How do you mix up something that basic - front desk also was confusing to talk to. I asked them what time does the gym close. She says “ gym doesn’t close. Around 10 pm” how does it “not close” but close at 10. You’re a Hilton property. Do better

Hot tub was broken. Room was too hot 77 degrees all night ac broken

The Saturday morning breakfast staff was absolutely fantastic. Overall, very good stay, good check in process, exceptionally helpful staff members.

Asked for walk in shower and got a badly designed tub, and was not given a choice about parking so had to pay, that lot was virtually vacant

Everything was good and for the price, honestly hard to complain. Nothing especially great, other than location for walking to several restaurants was super convenient. I would stay again.
