The part of town it was in felt VERY unsafe. I was genuinely afraid to leave my car in the lot. I was in the very back of the hotel that was not attached to the main building; the place was empty. I don't think anyone else was in that building, and nobody would have heard if something happened. The key cards didn't work very well, so I had to stand outside for several minutes trying to coax the door to open. Again, it felt VERY unsafe. I almost left when I saw the place and my room, but since I had already paid, I didn't want to lose my money, but I would NOT return. Sheets were clean, so were the towels. Everything else felt like nobody had used it in years. I would go elsewhere!

Finding rooms can be a lil confusing but the main issue is the key cards don’t work the best. Me and other person had the same issue with our cards and both had to change rooms because of it. So, must be an ongoing issue that they deal with.

the manager was rude and talking badly about me while i was waiting in the lobby for over an hour the hotel room had ants and there was human feces outside the room

We stay at least 2x a year at this hotel and absolutely love the outdoor pool. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. All white bedding and comfortable beds.
