Friendliness of Staff: From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by a warm and attentive team. The front desk staff took the time to explain the amenities and even suggested some local dining options tailored to my preferences. Throughout my stay, every interaction—whether with the housekeeping team or restaurant staff—was marked by genuine friendliness. They consistently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the White House Hotel was equally impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and well-organized amenities. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my stay, ensuring that the room was tidied each day without disrupting my schedule. Common areas, including the lobby, dining spaces, and fitness center, were regularly cleaned and well-kept, reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. Overall Experience: The combination of a friendly, attentive staff and exceptional cleanliness made my experience at the White House Hotel truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming environment and a commitment to high standards.

They are updating the hotel which will be nice. The surprising part was the breakfast that is served in Hilton Garden which is across the small plaza. Overall - solid hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great little town. A ton of wonderful restaurants and places to walk for coffee or a drink. Having to pay for parking was a bit much. The room costs enough without the added fee, and the underground lot was practically empty.

The staff is so helpful and really sincere, we were traveling from a few hours away and realized we needed to arrive early to an event. They were able to check us into our room earlier than we planned. Check out was easy and the rooms were quiet and really comfortable!

In the shower, there's only a 1/2 glass curtain. And most of the water comes out onto the floor

We stayed here on the way out of town and had a wonderful time. Bed was comfy so I slept like a rock. The staff were all very friendly. I was scared of the parking garage but my big truck was able to fit. The special room was a cool bonus.

Very clean and very organized

Traffic on the street was super loud while I was trying to sleep. The Police apparently allow cruising up and down Yakima Avenue creating a lot of noise on summer weekend nights. very loud. And popular event right outside your window. Actually, when I think about it, it was the middle of the road hotel but they wanted three dollars for the bottled water that was left in our room. Yeah it’s the desert and we’re thirsty, but it’s not Las Vegas.
