The room was spacious (for a hotel room), the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower nice. The room was noisy — we could hear the people walk around in rooms around us and could hear the shower running in the next room. When we booked we asked for no down pillows or comfort in the room. That request was not honored and we had to ask for pillows. the room’s furniture and carpet was sprayed with a scent which we both found annoying and distasteful. We specifically chose this hotel because we had had the same experience in other hotel chain’s properties. The food from the Bistro was fair and the options were limited, both by the menu and by the number of things the kitchen was out of (my first two beer choices and french fries).

Given a voucher for two free breakfast for two days due to false information on website. Charge $50.07 for small coffee, eggs, sausage and toast. Will be seeking a refund. Staff at the Bistro were rude. The hotel had absolutely no amenities and room was really small.

THE PRICE WAS HIGTH COMPARE TO OTHERS GOOD HOTELS IN THE AREA AND BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDE IN THE PRICE AND ALSO THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN BY ANY SERVICE FOR TWO DAYS THEY DID NOT PUT TOWERS AND PEPERS FOR THE TOILER ,STAFF DID NOT HELP ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST AND LACK OF COMUNICATION ,

Reasonably priced and located close to the MetroNorth Greystone station which lands you in Grand Central in ~40 minutes. Rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. The little bar area has some great snacks and food if you don't feel like going out for dinner. Everyone was friendly and nice. They don't have complimentary coffee in the morning although you can purchase coffee options at the bar. They did not service my room after my first night.

We drive from the north for misc. business in NYC. It's a 20 minute drive onward....Courtyard makes it comfortable AND affordable to visit NYC

We were pleased with all aspects of the hotel except the food service. $6 for a muffin, $10 for a latte. This was Yonkers not the Waldorf. Otherwise it was good value and excellent facilities. see above
