Excellent service, I was provided with a room that had a broken ac unit. Front desk moved me to another floor with no issues. Customer service this hotel is amazing!

Nice room and clean property . Easy access to all major roads and highways . Surprised there was no free continental breakfast or at least free coffee , a small coffee was pricey at $ 4.37 .

The hotel is clean and comfortable, a good place for us to stay after arriving jet-lagged at JFK, wanting to make some progress on our drive home to upstate NY but without the energy to drive more than about an hour. The beds are very comfortable, firm but not too firm, and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and appointed with all the necessary amenities. It would be nice if they offered free coffee in the lobby, which has become a fairly standard amenity in many hotels, but instead there was a Starbucks where you could pay for coffee.

Our stay started off rocky due to an excessively hot room. We spoke with someone at the front desk and was able to move to a cooler and more comfortable room. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Both rooms were clean. The second room did however have a few ants, but I chalked that up to the summer months. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would stay here again.

I enjoyed everything about the property...location...well kept rooms..the staff ( Bistro Bartender / Staff...Front desk...house cleaning..etc) the breakfast. Really enjoyed my staycation.
