All the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful

There was no breakfast we had to pay for our own breakfast if we wanted breakfast we had joint rooms in my room. There was a couch with the Foot rest the person that had the room before at an accident peed on the foot rest and left it there. My daughter sat on the foot rest without knowing it was so disgusting for someone to pee maybe had an accident and left it without alerting the staff😡😡 and the person that clean the room should’ve noticed it yes very disgusting. we alert the staff, and they came and changed it.

There was no breakfast included you had to buy breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable. There was a couch inside the room with a foot rest my daughter sat on the foot rest got up and realized it was Pee on the foot rest 😡 that was so terrible for the person that rented the room before us maybe had an accident didn’t tell the staff and left it there 😡😡 that was so terrible. My daughter was horrified very upset. We alert the staff and they bought us a new foot rest

My only quirk is the curtain didn’t fully close. But other wise I am super happy. Thank you!!

No breakfast provided and no free coffee??? That’s a given at every hotel I go to! Shower was terrible because handle was broken! Bed was hard as a rock!!!

The pool was closed and a major heatwave was outside.

The young woman who took my breakfast breakfast was delightful and pleasant. The food was delicious and served very quickly. I absolutely loved the style and comfort of the couch. The only issue I had was the mattress needed to be replaced.

JJ worked behind the counter and should be recognized for his professionalism and kind/ courteous service. Rooms are large, clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again

Toni was extremely helpful it was my wedding day and she accommodated me and my bridal party. She set us up with a space to get ready. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean.

The room was clean, but the couch in the room had crumbs on it. The crumbs were noticeable. The toilet tank did not fill up after each flush. It took awhile to refill. I reported these 2 incidents to the receptionist at the front desk. Otherwise, the stay was good and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed two nights, not my first time staying at the property, this time I really enjoyed my stay, my room was away from the elevator and was peaceful... I will recommend staying in the future...
