The $150 pet fee, we have two small hypoallergenic dogs that never left our side. This fee was almost the same as our hotel fee. In the room a closet door was off the hinge & when the sofa bed was opened there was too little space between the table, the bed & the wall to get through to the bathroom. The access to the pool was strange as we had to go to the front desk to sign a waiver, then knock on the pool door to have the life guard let us in. We couldn’t use the key card to get into the pool area. Since we couldn’t bring the dogs into the pool area, one of us stayed out on the patio while the other was in the pool. When we left the patio after enjoying the empty pool, we had to re enter the hotel through the main entrance, again no key card for the door from the patio. We didn’t feel this was welcoming.

We stay at this hotel every month. This last stay we were disappointed with the room service. The room was not cleaned and made up as requested . The toilet handle was broken and the shower drain was clogged. The water would pool at your feet and overflow. We returned late to the room. The front desk was accommodating and offered a new room. My wife is receiving cancer treatment and had fallen asleep exhausted. So we stayed in the room.

When I went to do laundry, one of the machines took my money and the machine was defective. Now I have to go through this long process of calling a number just to get 3 dollars back.

First step into the establishment was unpleasant I was basically asked why I was there, doubled charged now I have to wait 5-7 days for my own money. Plumbing was the worst Worst day ever

We were given a first floor suite which made it very simple to take our pug out for potty breaks. Room was very clean, well lit with all accessories in kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. I highly recommend staying here.
