Was never able to check in because I lost my identification due to domestic violence and I tried multiple times to try to check in and was told I couldn’t with my 11 year old daughter that were fleeing domestic violence and I have emergency custody..that being said I have been trying to get a refund that this was all the money I had left and still no refund me and my daughter been on the street for 3 days now..worst experience ever can’t believe how I was told a week ago I’d have my refund in 24 hours due to my situation..still haven’t received anything

I’m in a domestic violence situation with my 11year old daughter and I lost my identification and was unable to check into the hotel I tried calling several times and now I’m in the street with my daughter for 3 days already and still have not received my refund..that’s the last money I had left I’ve been paying for hotels the last 3 months and it’s taking forever for someone to get back to me

I was relocated to this hotel because I was having issues with the pool amenities at the hotel I originally booked. Glad I was relocated here, the Expedia member called them prior to confirm no pool issues . Our suite was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. The heated pool was nice but pool hours aren’t accurate(possible staffing issue) and there is no whirlpool/Jacuzzi. I was told it’s been a long while since it hasn’t been available. It should be removed from the amenities. Our TV also had a purple tint and had volume issues apparently there was a recall or something on those TVs. It was checked out and they said they would come back tomorrow to switch the tv, they did not switch it or follow up at all.. Luckily, we were out most of the time and brought our laptop so it wasn’t much of an issue. I suggest calling these hotels to make sure the amenities listed are all working because I personally will be doing this moving forward. Both hotels had amenities listed that were out of service and that can be extremely frustrating when you go on a vacation and book a specific place with a pool and/or jacuzzi just to be told it’s been closed for months but that information isn’t stated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Safety bar in shower should be horizontal not vertical and there should be a vertical safety bar while exiting shower.

Elevators are very slow. Rest is great. Close to a trail near Hudson. Very nice walk even if it is sunny outside. Shaded by trees. Food mart in a small town near this trail (30 min walk) is also good for small shopping.

Friendly & helpful staff. I borrowed the BBQ grill and the maintenance staff helped me prepare the grill and as well as clean it up after use. Also hot breakfast was good.
