Unbeknownst the has been closed indefinitely for a while now. This was not made apparent on the Expedia website when booking. Gym was very very small. Always packed. Whole family got sick from the A/C in the 2 rooms we booked. Filter in the A/Cs definitely need to be replaced ASAP. Our NY trip was cut short because everyone got sick. Although the breakfast was good, they changed it up everyday. We stayed for 6 days with a family of 7. Overall for our 1st ever hotel stay with Hilton this was not what we were expecting. A complaint was made regarding smell of the carpets in the room. A manager apologized and gave us 10,000 Hilton points. The staff were very accommodating always responsive when we needed extra towels or linen. Would definitely book again would just do some more research prior to booking. Location of the hotel was only half an hr from NYC. Prime location.

Slightly outdated and in need of a refresh but very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a great offering including gluten free options! Parking was charged at $15 per night.

Very clean place, great amenities although pool was closed, helpful and kind staff. Would definitely return!

They advertise the pool, but you can’t go in it and the gym needs work

1. Luke warm shower water 2. GFI in bathroom was tripped and could not reset 3. Water cooler empty half the time 4. Breakfast issues: orange juice and other drink choices empty. 5. The patio tables need cleaned 6. Ice machine 4th floor broken 7. The most offensive: smokers congratulating near the front entry where you had one bench 5 feet away. Cannabis especially bad while small children and families coming and going! I won't be returning.

The shower curtain, however, needed to be longer with a liner which resulted in the floor getting wet each time you showered. Also, the window shade was broken and if we wanted sunlight, we had to use the clips that were on it to pull the shade up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The pool was closed:/

The pool was shut down, coming from outta state, my boys were looking forward to hanging out at the pool. The bar was closed. These are things that should be sent out in an email to make you aware before arriving. The bathroom was forty tiet coveted in urine I called to report byt I ended up cleaning it myself. I'm not one to write reviews like this but I was truly unhappy with my visit this weekend

When you advertise that you have an indoor pool, I expect to be able to use it. It was very disappointing. The front desk staff was very nice, but the breakfast staff was in my opinion very rude. They started to remove the food 15 minutes before the closing time, and closing the door a good 5 minutes before closing time with a full lounge. If I had to go back I'll make sure that the pool is open, otherwise I'll go somewhere else.

The hotel's location has a good parking lot, and is conveniently located near a Metro North train station to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was clean, though the carpet could be shampooed and/or replaced. The air conditioner was noisy, and malfunctioned our first night: the heat turned on when it was very warm outside. We needed to make 2 requests before a maintenance person fixed it the next day. There was no housekeeping after our first night, despite requesting it twice . Most disturbing, however, were the strong odors of tobacco and cannabis smoke that came wafting out of the vents in our bathroom and hallway. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

Great morning breakfast with our stay and they actually rotate the food items from day to day! Very quiet hotel and walking distance from Untermeyer Gardens and a few restaurants. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Great place!!!

However, pool was closed and fitness room lacked air conditioning. Room thermostat was not easy to use and loud in the middle of the night.

Clean room, amazing staff ,

We had an event Saturday so when we got up to get ready there was NO hot water. I attempted to use the sink, but the water wouldn't stay in, and the phone in the room didn't work. We have been staying here for years, but I honestly think this will be the last time. Sunday there was some lukewarm water, but still not hot water. For all that money, and not being able to get a warm/hot shower was beyond frustrating.

We had to keep asking for towels and washcloths. Ran out of toilet paper. Swimming pool was closed for some reason but we would see a family swimming daily. Charged $15 per day for parking which I found insane. Staff was nice but the stay could’ve been a little better. I just don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.

Was assigned to the wrong room. We entered the room and people are still in there, still occupied. Nice location but parking is not free.
