The hotel was okay overall. The amenities could definitely use some improvement, and the staff could have been more attentive and welcoming. The stay was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in both the service and the overall amenities.

Nothing , lady in phone didn’t care about us having somewhere to stay They canceled our booking with out even reaching out and we had 9 kids on trip from Florida so we had no where to stay

I had to interact with the staff a couple of times and each time everyone was super polite. Especially the young lady that worked the bar on Saturday night. I don’t remember her name. The room was clean, even the breakfast area was clean when I had breakfast one day. However, one of the elevators was not working and they ran out of face cloths.?? This is also my opinion that since there is no place to park, you should not be charging for parking.

The stuff was amazing and extremely attentive. I had to pay for parking and I didn't see any fruit for breakfast.

Room was clean, but the rug was filthy dirty and with stains; which made grouse to walk over it. Staff was great and Awilda, the Bartender was awesome. Breakfast was great!
